I absolutely love DAC!!

I absolutely love DAC!!! I will admit that I am extremely new to Diamond Art, but the bug bit me in a huge way so I have ordered from everywhere and nothing comes close to being the great quality of DAC!!

I do recommend Diamond Art Club but...

I do recommend Diamond Art Club for their canvas, drills, quality altogether. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because everytime I want to get one of the new arrivals it is out of stock immediately. Very frustrating.

If your interested…

I’m somewhat new to diamond painting, and only have done a handful of canvas’s, but from a variety of companies. Diamond Art Club is definitely a superior quality. I have 10 canvas’s in my stash and a few on my wishlist that Im impatiently waiting to be restocked. If you’re wondering if the price is worth it…it is, for sure.

The quality is top notch

The quality is top notch, I’m new to this company and love the tiers for rewards and perks that being a member comes with. Only wish there were more kits made ready for restocks, they run out in a second!

Shady practices

DAC has beautiful paintings and top tier quality for the fabric and gems. However, they have recently signed an "artist" who uses 100% AI to create works. When I said in their VIP Facebook and in other groups they had not run that I was bothered by 100% AI art making its way to DAC, I was blocked from the group. My most recent order was cancelled, and new attempts at making orders were immediately cancelled. I also noticed that my email address had changed from a gmail that I'd always used to a yahoo that was not mine. I have asked twice about my ability to order and they said there was suspected fraud on my account, and refused to answer my 2 emails regarding the change to my email address. This is not a unique experience as others are being blocked and banned from ordering for criticizing their use of AI and a glue issue (that I have not personally had, but seems to be fairly common). They have also not refunded my $150 worth of points that I spent on my last order, but even if they do, it won't matter since they will not allow me to order from them. I cannot imagine a multimillion dollar company acting in such a way because they cannot take a little criticism. It's especially bothersome that they're using 100% AI while claiming to support real artists.

Diamond Painting changed my life

Diamond Painting is such an enjoyable and relaxing form of art that anyone can do, and I find that doing so with 💎 Art Clubs products makes it more so due to the quality. The canvas, drills and supplies are top notch! So is their customer service. I couldn't imagine my life without this craft in it! If you're reading this and haven't given diamond painting a go, you may be doing yourself a big favor by trying it out! Warning: Addiction risk...but, at least it's healthy :)

I was missing 1 color

I was missing 1 color. So they send them to wrong adress. Afterwards they wanted me to pay 20$ for shipping 1 color. Then when I refused they just blocked me out of Facebook and mail and even can't buy anything anymore from them. They took all of my 20K points too. Warrenty lost for all my 50 plus kits too. They are a really large company but actually just bullying and banned customers. Be careful not to complain once or you'll be on there Blacklist .

Banned and blacklisted

Banned and blacklisted for giving criticism. I was an avid DAC customer, spent THOUSANDS on kits since 2021. I posted on their VIP Facebook group about how disappointed I am in the constant AI "art" being released and said it was seeming like a money grab. I proceeded to have my comment deleted and I was banned from the VIP group. I went to a subreddit on a completely unrelated account to my DAC account and shared my poor experience. They tracked down my account from that post and proceeded to blacklist and ban me from ever purchasing from them again. They then closed my BBB complaint stating I violated policy and will not be communicating with me any longer. Trash company. Do not spend your money. They only care tou giving them money. The second you give criticism, they ban you.

Happy Camper

I've ordered from Diamond Art Club several times now. The quality is always top notch and consistent. Never had any trouble in any way. I will say that they are pricier than other businesses, but you get what you pay for and they are always offering deals and discount codes. Shipping can take a while as well. Those are my only two semi-complaints, but as you see they are still a 5 star company.
