I’ve waited 18 months before posting this review. So, after 2 winters my Topseal flat roof installed by Diamond Flat Roofing looks and performs as good as the day they originally installed it. Workmanship, product, team and Alistair the owner I would rate all as excellent.

Did a great job on a severely damaged shed roof. Highly recommend.

My 26 year old flat office roof was deteriorating badly and was beginning to leak. I had researched potential roofing companies thoroughly and decided on a Fibreglass warm roof from Diamond Flat Roofing. What a decision! The team arrived promptly on the Monday morning and worked nonstop for two and a half days. Their work was first class and the finished roof is magnificent. No more worries when it rains. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending DFR Ltd to my family and friends.

What an amazing and professional roofing company. In 2021 I had a cowboy builder that destroyed my single storey extension roof which leaked continuously and unsafe.

Alistair and his team were great with communication and very detailed in their work.

Arriving on site for 0730 and working all day.

First class experience throughout. We were advised on the choice of roof and the pros and cons of cold vs warm roof. Installed as promised with beautiful parapet roof. All done promptly and as promised. Will be approaching them to quote for another job shortly 👌

We have just had our roof’s refurbished by Al and his team.
The work they carried out is excellent.
This was after having other , so called, professional roofers carrying out botched repairs work.
Al identified the problems and gave us recommendations and we chose a Polyroof system, with an independent 20 year guarantee, which covers both labour and materials, should there be any issues in the future ( which we don’t expect because Al and his team have carried out an excellent job)
We have peace of mind that our roof’s are now water tight

THEY FLOODED MY CUSTOMERS EXTENSION!

Be sure to read there 200 pages of terms and conditions before committing.
They took my waterproof sheets off the roof that were on for two weeks without any issues and put their covers on which had knife cuts in and NOT WATERPROOF.
They state it’s customer’s responsibility to ensure it’s watertight and after THEY flooded half the house the director Alister says ‘these things happen’ and check our terms and conditions.
Costing a lot of time and money to put their incompetence right. Don’t bother with this one, nothing but grief

Al and his team were brilliant. I had a new extension built only four years ago with a flat roof. The flat roof had problems from the start. Al sorted out why it was leaking, the mould problem because of the condensation and the rotting boards, They were very professional and kept me informed the whole time explaining everything as they went along which was excellent. I now have a beautiful new roof which is perfect and looks amazing. I would recommend them to anyone including family and friends.

Ali and team fixed our flat roof/ coping stones that were leaking into a bedroom.
They offered a range of solutions and once we'd agreed to move forward the job was done to a great standard with no fuss or mess.

Brilliant service and finished job. Very polite and carefull workmen who left the premises clean and tidy.

Alistair and his team replaced my flat roof for me over my garage, utility, porch and bay window. The job had its challenges, with part of the wooden joists being rotten. The job became longer due to the wood work needing to be replaced. This was no problem to them. They also insulated my roof in all areas apart from above the garage, where previously there hadn’t been any.
Great friendly, professional team who were also very polite and courteous to my neighbours.
Would highly recommend.

Just had my lounge extension roof replaced .Excellent end result from the Diamond Team.
