We were attempting to get a ring online but the process was frustrating and fraught with uncertainty - every online retailer has tons of bad reviews mixed in with good ones so it just seemed too risky that we'd end up in the bad experience/support pile. On top of that there were almost too many options and no one to provide expert guidance on the types of ring, styles, etc. Finally, we went to Diamonds Direct here in St. Pete and immediately knew it was the right decision. It made everything so much easier. Everyone at the store is incredibly helpful - it’s clear they all had our best interest at heart.

We worked directly with Nicole. She was AMAZING in every respect - super knowledgeable, responsive, and demonstrated the utmost professionalism. She really took care of us. It was just an awesome experience. It’s so easy to buy stuff online nowadays....I’m really glad we ended up going to Diamonds Direct though. It will not be the last time.

10/10 recommend going to Diamonds Direct and requesting Allison. She was extremely caring and helpful during the whole process of purchasing our wedding bands and resetting my engagement diamond. The band I wanted didn’t fit under the current setting, so she was able to get my setting redone and back to us in less than a month. Allison was easy to reach and texted me every step of the way, and answered any questions we had. A process that should have been stressful was so easy thanks to her.

I lost my engagement ring and band after having it for 13 years. I was devastated! I cried for weeks before I realized it was really gone. My original engagement setting was ordered from Diamonds Direct, and the diamond, so on a whim I clicked on the chat button on their website. Cindy was an angel and called Tacori to see if I could still get the original setting that I previously had. Luckily, I was able to get it!!! Working full time, it is hard to get to the store which is an hour and a half away. I trusted Cindy from the beginning, and she spent days working on helping me pick the perfect diamond and getting my setting ordered! I did it all via chat/email/phone. If you need virtual assistance with anything, I highly recommend Cindy. She is a diamond expert, but more importantly, she has compassion and patience for her clients! Thank you so much Cindy!!!

My husband and I were looking for an updated ring. Clinton Richards was the best. He listened to what we were looking for, he gave us many options and he guided us to my perfect ring within our budget. He was excellent. Highly recommend going to see him.

The diamonds direct in short pump is the best diamond company I have ever dealt with. I bought a single diamond back in 2022 with the help of Brian. Fast forward to 2023 I was unhappy with the size of the diamond I had picked out which was beautiful in every way. I then met Rachel! She is the most patience caring person I have ever dealt with in a jewelry store. I probably called the store at least 30 times and physically went to the store a half dozen times looking at diamonds. She must have spent hours with me looking at different size and quality diamonds to make sure I found the perfect one for me never rushing me. You are more than just some random person to these people, you become family and their willingness to help where they can and go the extra distance. I also had the fine privilege of meeting the owner Ori. He’s a wonderful down to earth man willing to talk about your engagement needs if necessary as well. I don’t have enough good things to say about the staff. Sometimes I showed up looking like a complete disaster and I was treated the same way every time with a kind greeting and a smile. They also have a great credit line promotions throughout the year for interest free payments.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had such a wonderful and fun experience creating a custom ring for my birthday with Cindy’s help. She not only helped me find the right big beautiful flawless diamond but she also made me a custom ring to hold it when none of the settings online were quite what I was looking for. Then she was so sweet and patient with me as I fussed with it to get it perfect. And it is! It is 100% just what I wanted and I couldn’t be happier. What a perfect birthday present and it was so fun creating it with Cindy! She will be forever part of my sparkling dream come true. My husband and I were hesitant to make such a big purchase online but Cindy gave us confidence to do it and I’m so delighted we did.

My girlfriend and I are looking to take the next step in our relationship. We had gone to a few jewelry stores. We ended up at Diamonds Direct and met Marcy. Our experience with Marcy was absolutely amazing. Marcy was so helpful and patient.
She was more than willing to go the extra mile. She is so thorough and willing revisit any option that is available. We went with a custom build. The details that we were able to get through the help of Marcy made us a very happy customer. There was never any pressure. It was a really enjoyable experience. Kim sold us our diamond, after many years of buying a setting with her. We followed her to Diamonds Direct, because she has given us exemplary service and made the process fun! She is invaluable and would recommend her to all of our friends!

What more can I say. From the outside this building is incredible ... but step inside and you will not believe the attention to detail and customer care you receive. I am still in the process of shopping for the right stone. And these guys have more than just diamonds! When looking for the perfect Sapphire there are many things to consider. I am so lucky to have met a professional, kind and knowledgeable resource. I truly feel like I am working with a family Jeweler. I cannot recommend Jennifer Alter enough! Such a true professional!

If there was the ability to provide 6 Stars, I definitely would. Cannot say enough about our Salesperson Tang and the entire Crew at Diamonds Direct. She has been extremely helpful with our Wedding ring purchases! We are so pleased with our selections and the outstanding service that we received from her throughout the entire process. Jenna is also great. She helped my daughter and her fiance' to create a specially made engagement ring using the groom-to-be's grandmothers' diamond. It is ABSOLUTELY THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ring ever !!

Diamonds Direct is the place to go for your engagement/wedding rings! Astrid was AMAZING to work with! She was extremely friendly, professional, personable, patient and offered us drinks from their bar as soon as we walked in. She was able to help us narrow down our search for the perfect diamond solitaire and had the one we wanted shipped in just 2 days later. Also, their 'buy a natural diamond, get a lab grown of equal or better for free' deal really sold us. Where else in the city can you get this offer and level of service? Only Diamonds Direct. Astrid even put a rush on my ring and had it set for our wedding in literally 3 days from when we picked it out as a surprise for me! Angie was fabulous as well. You can tell they really genuinely care about their customers. The store is absolutely beautiful and they have a huge selection. I couldn’t believe how quick and easy the entire process was. We will be long time customers for sure!

I began my journey searching for the best engagement/proposal ring a little over a month ago. Being that this is my first time going through a process like this, I brought along my mother to help assist me in this endeavor, and to also provide a female's perspective on the potential ring. We scheduled an appointment, and thankfully we were partnered with Mona, THE BEST associate they have to offer at this specific location.
From the beginning, she was very informative on how the decision-making process usually goes when picking a diamond for any occasion. She was very comfortable with explaining, in detail, the importance of each diamond element (the carat, clarity, color, & cut) and how weighing each category subjectively can provide you with the diamond you are dreaming of buying. With me, being a novice in this aspect, I felt very comfortable asking her my questions, and her responses were delivered very well.
When it came to deciding on which style of ring and how many diamonds I wanted, she showed complete devotion of her time and energy towards me getting exactly what I wanted, which I really appreciated. That type of service is RARE, so to receive that type of guidance and dedication in order to fulfill my dream ring scenario was a blessing that I am truly grateful for!!

Aside from that, she was very personable and easy to talk to. A lot of times in the sales field, you sometimes come across sales associates who are overly aggressive and make you feel like just a customer instead of an actual person. This was not the case with Mona. She took the time to hear the vision that I wanted for the ring, and then she transformed that vision into a reality, of which I will be forever grateful!!

Lastly, when it was time for me to see the finished product and pick up the ring, she was doing everything possible to make sure that the end result was what I had conjured up when I first began this process (which of course it was!!). All in all, I thoroughly enjoyed Mona's guidance and energy throughout the process and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her services to anyone seeking to buy jewelry from Tyson's Diamonds Direct!!!

A few months ago I got online to start shopping for an engagement ring with no real knowledge of what is what. I started chatting with a person on the website thinking that I was really just talking with a bot or someone who had no real care. I was definitely incorrect. I was chatting back and forth through the day and ended up getting busy at work and forgot to reply. Much to my surprise, Ginny sent me a follow up email later that night thanking me for my time and sending me information that really helped my search. I’m in luxury RV sales so the customer service I received was really impressive and I felt that I wouldn’t have a better experience elsewhere. She followed up with me for a while as I sorted through a decision and never pressured me to do anything I didn’t want to. My fiancé is so happy with her ring and loves every detail of it. Thank you Ginny for a really great experience.
