You won't believe how excited I was when I received my diamond earring studs. They are customized with heart-shaped diamonds and look exactly as the website pictures. They're so cute and the best fit for daily wearing. Customer service is awesome as well. They responded quickly and answered all my questions patiently. Estimate shipping time is 2-4 weeks. I received on the 3rd week. With reasonable pricing and lots of options, I certainly recommend purchasing from here.

Had great experience with Daniel, however the ring case quality is slightly disappointing compared to the ring price.

Easy enough to order and reasonable shipping time (not fast, but not super delayed). Earrings themselves were a bit underwhelming (certainly compared to photos) - gems appeared smaller than advertised, not a very dazzling product. This could be the downside of ordering online, where you can't actually view your purchase in advance. Price was a little better than ordering mined diamonds.

The ring arrived promptly and with no issues to my place of work. Exactly what I hoped for - the ring itself is gorgeous and my (now!) fiancé absolutely adores it. One of those purchases where my heart was in my mouth the whole time, but very, very happy indeed with the piece when it arrived. Customer service was excellent and responded instantly.

Sonia worked with me and my partner in getting the perfect ring for us. She made it so easy and made the process so much more approachable. We went in not knowing too much about what we were looking for, but Sonia made a big difference.

I got a low set engagement ring and looking for a curved band that can fit perfectly on the ring was difficult. We went to different jewellers to look for “the one” but was sadly unsuccessful.

When I went to DF in Toronto, Sonia was very accommodating, helping me with every possible curved wedding bands that can fit with my ring. We found the best one and it was the perfect match! No regrets here and would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love the ring, it is so stunning.
The only reason I gave it four stars was the lack of communication I received after ordering the ring, but once I called they clarified things and email communication was much better.
