I’m convinced this company is a scam. I ordered a hot hair brush which didn’t work on arrival. I contacted them and was asked to provide a video to show it didn’t work, which I did. They said to keep the item as they could not accept a return due to hygiene regulations and they would send me a replacement. 3 weeks later it still hasn’t been dispatched and customer services keeps asking for patience and to check my tracking link for updates. A tracking link which I don’t have and they won’t provide me, despite asking. My requests for the complaint process and the refund process are ignored and I keep being told to wait.

No star if I could, product is useless, no response from company, they just keep closing my case when I complain. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a ladies all over body shaver with flexible head and attachments for £48 after a 20% discount code.
I was sent totally the wrong product.
A mens rigid head shaver.
They are insisting I've received the correct product.
I am now trying to get my money back via my card provider.
I wish I had taken time to review the company.
Avoid at all costs.... I believe they are scammers!!!

Avoid at all costs. They sent me a hairdryer that doesn't work. Claim you can't return it if the box has been opened as it is a hygiene product. When I eventually got through to someone to say it was faulty and I want a full refund, they quote German law and only offer a replacement product (which obviously I dont want at this point). Now they have just stopped replying to my emails. Absolute scam company that just wants your money.

Sent me a hairdryer with eu plug. I live in Scotland. They admitted it was a mistake on their part but have made me pay for returning it to Germany. Still waiting on my refund!

Really bad follow-up, and it doesn’t work at all since there’s no peroxide in it.

Would rate zero stars if possible. They sent the wrong item which I returned back to Germany mid March. They've not acknowledged receipt, claim they're still checking the warehouse. Now they are completely ignoring all correspondence. Scammers. Avoid at all cost.

Do not order from these. I wish I'd gone off the reviews. I order a electric razor. The one I was sent was different from the picture of the one I ordered and then it stopped working after using it 4 times. I have emailed twice and had no response from either. Bad products bad customer service

Scam. Ordered LED face mask. Waited over a month then received a card from royal mail saying there was a £36 customs charge to receive it. Avoid!

Fraud, they never send it

Purchased the hair styler in December for my daughters christmas, it finally arrived jan 26, plugged it in, didnt work, emailed them, no response, contacted them through every communication channel I could, no response, emailed them again, they finally replied asking for video evidence of the product not working, which I did provide, no response, emailed them again asking how to return and get a refund, no response still, this has been going on since jan 26, emailed them again this morning asking them to reply to all my emails asking how to return for full refund....
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.... I HAVE REVIEWED THIS PRODUCT ALSO ON THERE ACTUAL WEBSITE.....THIS IS A SCAM.....!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an order about a month ago. The estimated delivery time was 2–5 days, but now a full month later I still haven’t received anything.

After that, I tried contacting them multiple times. The only response I got was: “We will check your order number and the status of your package and give you an update.” I received this same message twice, but never any actual update.

I also requested a refund through their WhatsApp number and sent another email, but I never received any response.

At this point it honestly feels like a scam. Very poor communication and terrible customer service. I would strongly advise people not to order here.

Please do not buy from this website - I bought a hairdryer with attachments - never worked. Contacted Customer Service they sent 2 messages back after a number of weeks.

Said they would replace after I sent evidence that the goods where faulty after sending them a video.

If zero stars where available I would give them that. Diamond smile does nothing to whitening your teeths. What a waste of money and time
