Went to the dicks in Woodbridge nj…

Went to the dicks in Woodbridge nj looking for a Gatorade towel, couldn't find one, when I asked for help, they did help, the kid that helped was super cool and patient. He did a stock check and said they had 18. But couldn't find any. Spoke to 5 different associates and got 5 different answers. I truly hate this store.

When they go out of business, I won’t be shocked.

I stopped at D I C K S Sporting Goods in Albany to buy a $700 golf watch that they said they had in stock when I got there nobody could find it. They told me they didn’t have it. They checked and told me the store in Latham had six of them and I said are you sure could you check now? They said they have six of them, they can’t be off by that many. Well, they were off by that many so I stood in there for 45 minutes waiting for four people to try and find a $700 Golf watch which it looks like they lost six of them. And ended up where the manager after I had to ask if there was any luck finding them, she never came over to me, said I’m sorry we don’t have it then after a few minutes she said do you want me to order it, I said no, I can get it from Amazon tomorrow. Now if that was me and I was a manager, I would’ve said I’ll get it for you here tomorrow and I’ll give you 10% off. No one did. Very poor business! And by the way, they won’t let me put down the name of the sporting goods store. They tell me it’s inappropriate language. Do you know that that sporting goods store is called D I C K S. I had to separate the letters.

I recently went to the kenwood Ohio…

I recently went to the kenwood Ohio store where I was so pleasantly surprised by the service I received. The manager Jade was very polite and very informative. She went out of her way to help me with my return and to find exactly what I needed. I will definitely be returning and as long as they have employees like this, they will have a very successful business. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Ordered an item for curbside pick up…

Ordered an item for curbside pick up and when I got there, the store was unaware of my order after calling and talking to multiple people I decided to just come inside and purchase the item (luckily they actually had it) kind of defeats the purpose of ordering online. Now I have to try to get a refund for the online order

By far worse Dicks I have ever been to

By far worse Dicks I have ever been to. Needed 2 items and I couldn’t find it never mind getting help from 6 different employees that couldn’t find it also now tell me that’s not a big problem. How you work at a store and can’t find it and I was in there for an hour on top of that. Then they use there walkie talkie communicating with each other and still can’t solve the problem, then I request for a manger they request for her and she says she can’t come help after I been in there an hour. Then I go back to the front of the store ask if she’s the manager replies yes and she can’t even find the items I think the whole store needs a refresher course on where things are and if you need better customer service and someone to actually run that store correctly as a former finance manager of 15 years please feel free to reach out I’ll be glad to take over management and get that store in line because that was ridiculous and the worse experience I ever dealt with.

Dicks wants to keep your free money

Ordered a baseball bat for our son on 18th, in-store to be sipped as they did not have the one we wanted, in stock. Was supposed to be delivered by 25th. Nothing. Talked to the customer care, was cited "remorse period" of 30 minutes after ordering, the order can neither be cancelled not be refunded.... WHAT? So basically, Dicks will neither deliver the product nor will refund the money. It's an expensive bat. Wants to keep the free money? Simple rule, either deliver the product per the agreed upon timeframe or refund the money. There aren't 2 ways about it. To top it all, my son had an important game on 26th, now he is bummed too, as it was his birthday present.

Dicks Sporting Goods Sucks

Dicks sporting goods does NOT care about their customers. They will racially profile against you and treat you unfairly. Their management is absolutely horrible. They also don't care about their employees either. Save your money and shop somewhere else. I wish I could give them ZERO stars!!

Saw a pair of golf shoes on sale for 75…

Saw a pair of golf shoes on sale for 75 dollars. They rang up at 99.00. Some vey unprofessional employee would not give me the sale price. Dicks at Lynnhaven mall i Virginia Beach. I will never buy anything at Dicks again. BTW...I did not buy the shoes.

Waste of Time

Half the stuff I need is out of stock, and the employees don’t seem to know anything. The prices are ridiculous, and they act like you're annoying them if you ask for help. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.

Fraud website

Waste of time ordering anything from this site. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes that were on sale. 14 days later even with a so called tracking number that says the goods have been delivered and nothing. Big scam site, lucky for me i can get my money back from my bank.

dishonest company

ordered a nuggets shirt on sale for $36.97 plus tax $2.03 = $39.00 checked out pd. with cc, receipt stated $39.00 4 days later pick it up and everything was fine until I checked my bank statement and there were an additional .74 cents added to the total, no explanation on checking out nor on receipt just helped themselves to extra .74 cents more, huh??? I would have given a 4–5-star rating but not with that dishonesty!!! WILL NOT RECOMMEND thank God it wasn't a lot more than .74 cents

Awful experience

Awful experience, awful chain store. They’re incompetent and horrible at customer service. I ordered a backpack and they sent a tshirt instead. We don’t have a dicks anymore as they closed the store near us. I called and they wouldn’t refund my money unless I let them charge me for another one and then once the order was confirmed, they would refund the first one. The woman on the phone wasn’t making the decisions but had to text her manager yet didn’t even know the manager’s name. It was very shady and horrible experience. It was their mistake and they wouldn’t make it right. No wonder they are closing their stores. They won’t be in business long. I will never shop there again after this experience. Buyer beware.
