Everyone in the store was knowledgeable and professional. They allowed me to take samples home. Colors always look different at home than they do in the showroom. Their prices were fair and communication was wonderful from the time I placed the order to the time the tile arrived. I would not hesitate to use this company again and have recomended them to my friends.

When we built our first home, we got all our carpet from Carpet One. It lasted for over 15 years before we decided to switch it out. So, when I needed flooring for my vacation rental properties, I went back in to check out their products. It turns out that the flooring products I needed were better quality and better priced than the big box stores. And the level of service from Bill Ruddy was exceptional. I highly recommend them.
