The parcel was delivered to the wrong…
The parcel was delivered to the wrong house and I am unable to track where it is. Please STOP using PostNL it is useless, its service is unreliable, rude drivers and always either losing or not delivering the parcels. I prefer to pay extra fees than keep using PostNL. Most likely wont order again until I have other shipping options.

I placed and order on 2nd April and I…
I placed and order on 2nd April and I was supposed to receive it on the next day, however till today I haven’t received the order nor there is any communication sent why the order was delayed. I called postnl and they informed that Dierapotheker sent the package with wrong information due to which the package wasn’t sent and you are not even aware of the status of the order. Very poor service and because of this my dog’s food had to suffer as his food got over and he has sensitive stomach which means he can’t have any other food, this is not the first time this has happened. Pathetic service, this is the last time I have ordered from this website.

Sometimes it can indeed take a little longer for PostNL to deliver a package. This is of course very annoying. Fortunately, I see that you have picked up the package at the automatic parcel machine.
Good people and a good selection
The people of the Dierapotheker have helped me out a lot during a hard time with my cat who became ill and gotten a very sensitive stomach.
Luckily they had some good choices of food for allergies which seemed to really help my cat.
She only got wet food as kibble also upset her stomach and when there was worry of the cans arriving in time
they would always help me and made sure that it would be send fast.
And if I needed any info for other things they would do their best to help me out.
And even after my cat passed they were so kind and sending the sweetest messages.
