Hi please 🙏 please stay away from this…

Hi please 🙏 please stay away from this company and the guy ADAM.
They are running another company called FIX MY MOTOR LTD.
I Paid €4500 for a 2012 cls-class engine. And 4 weeks later still wouldn't send my engine to me.
ADAM kept giving me excuse after excuses. Saying it was still in Belgium and blaming the currers and 20 other excuses. I had to get a van and get the ferry from Ireland and collect it myself, and when I landed they gave me a different engine and no sign of ADAM.
No paperwork on warranty notting.
But they haven't heard the last of me by a long shot.
They are scammers stay as far away from these boys as possible.
Desile engines R us is closed down a few years but still working from that old phone number ending in 1234 . Fix my motor Ltd is the name now.
Please 🙏 please stay away from them absolute scammers..

Absolute cowboys

Absolute cowboys. Don't know the bum from there elbow

Had my 2014 t5 for over a year for a reconditioned engine

Collected it 13 months later and my front wheel fell off on the motorway .

Had engine management lights on the moment I got it . Missing loads of sensors and parts . Which they probably put on another vehicle .

Soon as I got it , it started slipping out of gear and then my gear box was knackered which was a dsg . Came back worse than it went in . 13 months without my pride and joy which I paid 20k for

Sold it 2 months after I got it back for 11k

I was devastated. But ey

Live and learn

Do not use them at all

Failure to resolve my complant or even respond!!

I took my vehicle and entered in to a works contract to the value of £1930 with Diesel Engines R Us last December and accepted a 12 month warranty as part of the agreed works, but subsequently having numerous issues with the final one putting the vehicle out of action over a month ago. I took to write and communicate my complaint but the directors have failed to respond. I am now forced to take this to Trading Standards under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the courts to recover the additional costs that I have incurred as as result of their gross failure to their moral and legal obligations. I highly recommend you avoid as I would not want this to happen to others.

I ordered an engine for my work van…

I ordered an engine for my work van from this company in the first week of February, first they sent the wrong engine, then insisted it was the same engine, eventually conceded it was the wrong engine and would replace with the right engine, after several weeks offer to convert wrong engine into right engine, waited on collection which was promised but didn’t arrive, offer to pay for my mechanic to do the work to turn wrong engine into right engine.
A month later I eventually bought another engine from a different supplier to get back on the road, and eventually diesel engine r us did collect their engine.
But the story continues, this is into March now, they promised a full refund as soon as their engine was returned which didn’t happen, now I’ve lost count of how many times they’ve said yes you’ll get it today, tomorrow, later this week etc etc, passing the buck around the company, now nearly the end of March, country on lockdown with coronavirus, I lost the whole month of February’s work as had no van to work from, I’ve shamefully begged and pleaded with Adam and Bob to do the right thing, I’m now facing complete financial ruin and losing everything I’ve spent the last 6 years working for,

Thank you so much , and I will keep reposting to keep this at the top till you do the right thing, if you block me I’ll create another profile.
