The company is a rip off.

The company is a rip off.
We installed 2 charging stations with them. During installation of the 2nd charging station the technician had some part missing and had to come back after a few days. Fast forward to today the charging station stopped working. Calling the company for help, thay replied that the machine is out of warranty by 4 days. According to them the first day when the technician arrived at my home is the date of installation. While if we count the day the charging station was installed fully in working condition should be considered the installation date. Their technician not having enough material is not supposed to be my problem.
We have proof of that with a certificate issued by them to start using the charging station from the later date.
The company is asking 299 euro just for the technician to visit and check the station whereas the whole machine including installation was 1650 euro. And the reparation cost if any will result in much more than 299 euro.
I have been a big fan of the VW Audi group with all my cars being from them. We installed the charging stations because of the VW group attached to D'ieteren Energy.
They have lost my trust and all the recommendations i have given people to buy their products.
