Very bad

Very bad.
I had ordered a camcorder battery, the battery was not delivered on time. I asked the company if it could be delivered overseas they said it could not.
When I came back to the UK I found that the courier had forced the parcel though my letterbox.
The director of the company said I would have to pay for postage even thought I had been in constant touch with him regarding the situation.
Currently the battery pack has been returned. I don’t know if I am likely to receive a refund or not.
I don’t know if this has been a ploy on behalf of the company? (to avoid having to make a refund to me).
Some of the emails, are very offensive in the way they come across, it could be seen as being racist!!
Avoid this company like the plague!

Fast delivery of a competitively priced product with decent customer ervice

I ordered a simple Canon DSLR dc coupler from this company. The order placement and delivery was without any problem.
I checked the product on receipt and it wasn't working. So sent an email to the email listed for returns and also tried to call two numbers listed on their web site. The main number on the website as well as the returns number which is an 0845 number,

My email has not yet been responded to and both phone numbers were not answered and I held on to them for at least 5 minutes. I wouldn't recommend them and wouldn't buy from them again unless my issue is satisfactorily resolved and for the benefit of others a clear explanation why the phones are not answered.

I am doing this about 10 days after the I ordered the kit. I received an email from Digi-quick yesterday and that told me to try to close the door of the camera battery compartment to see if it works and it has done. So I have changed the rating to 4 stars now as the unit is working and they responded to my email and thanks for that. I stopped short of a 5 star because the phones didn't get answered and there is no way to leave a voicemail. Also they didn't answer my email because it had gone to their spam folder. I think that should be a thing to be addressed as well. hope they address these issues.

I will buy from them again based on this experience. So thanks Digi-quick. Best wishes.

Delivery issues but good service

Ordered a power adapter on the 20th of December 2021 and still hadn't received the item more than 3 weeks later. I mailed the company twice to ask about the status of the order but apparently my mails ended up in their spam folder. By now I have been in contact with DigiQuick and they have been very helpful. Unfortunately with the UK leaving the EU something went wrong at my local customs department but I have received a full refund of my purchase.

Besides the delay in response, good service by DigiQuick.

Order placed 22nd December 21. Still not received my item. Called on the number provided and no answer or option to leave a message.
First time I've placed an order with this company.
I've emailed and await a reply.
First experience not a positive one and I feel I may have lost money as no longer hopeful of receivng my parcel now.
Not filled with confidence for this onlne shopping experience with Digi-Quick.....

IN THE RESPONSE RECEIVED VIA EMAIL AND BELOW, IT IS NOW 11TH JANUARY AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PAID FOR ITEM AND YOU HAVE NOT REPLIED TO MY LAST EMAIL REQUESTING ANOTHER TO BE SENT OUT!!!

Blimey, what a service.

You might not usually expect a five star review, following a trade where everything didn’t go to plan, but that is what this is. Why five stars? Well, because it is what the company deserve. Following a technical glitch with my online order (quite probably due to some ineptitude on my behalf, I am something of a technophobe), the payment for my order of a battery charger for my camera went through, but the actual order did not, so as they offer next day delivery, and I hadn’t received my goods, I thought, ‘Oh no, a scam!’. But no, that couldn’t have been further from the truth. I fired off the obligatory email, expecting absolutely nothing, but was pleasantly surprised when Sam from the company replied. He looked into everything, sorted out the problems, and my charger arrived the very next day. The charger itself was exactly what I was hoping for, but the service from the company was excellent. It is easy to post a good review when everything goes well, but it reflects really well on a firm as to how they deal with you when things are less than perfect. They were absolutely brilliant, and a special mention has to go to Sam for going above and beyond to make things right.I have no qualms whatsoever in highly recommending them, and will certainly use them again myself.

Excellent service

Excellent service, ordered 2 batteries for a camcorder. Received very quickly, however one was faulty,emailed digi-quick,had a prompt reply and a replacement battery the next day.
Excellent customer service,would definitely recommend.

I ordered a charger 3 days ago

I ordered a charger 3 days ago and it arrived today. Unfortunately I misunderstood the delivery options and assumed it would be sent first class, so sorry for the hassle. I was in a bit of a panic as I needed it urgently, but having checked the website it was my mistake not theirs. They got back to me quickly and explained what had happened, so thanks for that and sorry once more, as it was my mistake. I am very pleased with the charger and wish all the best to this small family business.

Very happy

I looked on this site before buying, and decided to take a chance, as people are more likely to post bad reviews when things go wrong, than to offer praise when they go well. I could not be happier. Found the battery charger I needed at a fifth of the price elsewhere, paid the bit extra for next day delivery, got a prompt acknowledgment, and prompt delivery the next working day. The extra, unexpected, cable for in-car charging was an unexpected bonus! I'll definitely use DigiQuick again for similar needs in the future.

Almost perfect, Pleasantly surprised

I was originally a bit sceptical of the website as I had never heard of them before and I check to see if they were a legit website. My product was delived fast and was much cheaper than I expected it to be. I actually thought it was broken and contacted them via email. They responded within a few hours and told me how to fix my issue, and shazam it worked! I was very pleased with this service. The only downside is maybe instructions could be included with the package if people have common issues with difficulty understanding how the product should be used correctly.
