Horrid company

Horrid company, organization validations taking forever, account expiring for no reason, sales manager who is not replying, support cases going back and forth for literally months.
Thank god this is the last year we are with this company.

Great Support with Certificate Validation

I had a great experience working with Wagiedah. She helped me with the validation process for my certificate and made everything much easier to understand. She was professional, patient, and responsive throughout the whole process. Anytime I had questions, she guided me in the right direction and made sure things moved smoothly. Customer service like this makes a big difference. Thank you, Wagiedah, for your help and support — it was truly appreciated.

Bernice was OUTSTANDING

Bernice was OUTSTANDING. I have been working with Digi for 9 years now, engineers to the people on the front line. Not that I have ever had bad service, couple times that were questionable. Bernice was in a class all of her own, her patience, knowledge, willing to stay on the call with me for the entire issue for 3 different certs was not something you see today in customer service. She could have easily said "thats not my department", "I dont work on that" or "let me get you to another team." She didnt say anything of the sort except, "Iet me see what I can do." This "can do" attitude is something that has been lost in today's world of customer service. I applaud Bernice and hope if I ever have an issue again that I get her or someone like her from the support team. Again, THANK YOU BERNICE for all the assistance you gave to me today!!!

Wagiedah- Validation team

This one deserves a raise, in both pay and position.
Was extremely helpful, respectful and understanding.
Our customer was really stressed out(we are reseller) and the support delivered by Wagiedah made their stress go away, Wagiedah delivered as promised!
