Horrible

Absolutely terrible experience. Our company got to attend several conferences and the issues were the same at each one - some events had micro turnout (below 50 people), others were canceled last minute and refunds refused only offering tickets for a future event which may not even happen. Staff appeared very inexperienced and suffered many technical issues. Would not recommend.

DON'T FALL FOR IT

I paid for virtual access to an in person conference and was unable to attend due to the poor planning/set up of Digimarcon. None of the websites worked when the time came and I could not get a single response - I tried calling, texting, emailing, all of their socials... NOTHING.

After I left a one star google review I got a call pretty quickly to "help me get access to the event". I asked why the links they sent did not work and weas informed that they were hacked. Yet they decided to not send out any information to the people who paid good money to virtually attend. I did eventually get access and what a rip off. It is litterally just a bunch of different AI businesses trying to sell their product. ALSO they deleted my comments on their social media posts asking for help getting access to the live event- TWICE.

Hugely disappointed with DigiMarCon

Hugely disappointed with DigiMarCon. The reality is nothing like advertised, with a couple of dozen attendees at the most, a few trade booths, a poorly organised event with barely competent staff.

No wonder they’ve been cancelling so many events, nobody is going anymore. Apparently they still claim huge numbers and a worldwide presence, but almost all their overseas shows were cancelled last year and they keep “rescheduling” events to future years, without offering refunds or even making an public announcement.

Is it overpriced? It should be a free event. I’m giving it one star because I’m a nice guy.

Subpar event, at best.

Subpar event. Nothing presented that was new to me, vendors were canceled, and there were maybe 25 attendees....IN ATLANTA. ZERO energy, complete waste of money.

Extremely Unorganized and Unprofessional

This group reached out to my client to fill a last minute speaking spot due to a cancellation with less than 24 hours notice.

After talking to the point of contact, he agreed to make the trip from California to Boston for the engagement and was told they wanted him because he’s a good speaker.

Upon arrival and checking in, nobody was aware that he was invited to come and be the closing keynote speaker.

The staff of the event reached out to the POC (Aaron) and told them that we don’t know who this person is so he cannot speak at this event. Take a look at the email thread attached.

How incredible it is that they reach out to somebody to speak for a last minute event and they have no idea who the person is after telling him he’s a good speaker? I don’t even know how they got my clients information.

They did nothing to accommodate my client and simply just said sorry about the confusion. This reflects poorly on the quality of this organization and the caliber of the events they’re putting together. Ridiculous!

I wouldn’t recommend their conferences or events to anyone.

Not worth the price tag

I went to a DigiMarCon event in Melbourne. Overall, it was trash. It’s not worth the price tag.

Half of the presenters are selling something. Content-wise, 90% of the information I already knew. It was a small event with 6 booths and about 60-ish people.

The primary benefit was the opportunity to network, though, the food was decent. It would’ve been okay, if they marketed themselves as a small event, and priced themselves accordingly (like a fourth of the price).

I don't recommend their conference series to anyone.
