They do not take responsibility for a lost package.

I ordered a printhead which was lost by UPS. They are not taking responsibility for it, pointing fingers at UPS instead. The case has been dragging on for three weeks. They are refusing to resend the product or refund the money until UPS acknowledges their mistake. I would rather pay the higher amount elsewhere, but in return I get decent service!

We understand how disappointing it is when a delivery goes missing. In this case, however, UPS has provided a Proof of Delivery, which unfortunately means the shipment is not covered by their insurance policy — and we are unable to file a successful claim or send a replacement under these circumstances.

That said, we do not doubt your sincerity in saying you did not receive the package, and we completely understand your concern. We’ve been actively following up with UPS on your behalf and doing everything possible within the limits of their claims process.
