I purchased a DJI Osmo Mobile 7P from this store on February 2, 2026.
As of today (April 7, 2026), I still have not received my order. It has been over 2 months.

Order number: S01-9230**-MQ
Total amount: 128.46 EUR

After reporting the issue, the store asked me to fill out a lost parcel claim (in my case with DPD). After submitting it, the real problem started.

First, they tell you to wait 5–7 days. Then they claim the form was filled out incorrectly.
After that, they send another form (in my case via Chronopost) and again ask you to wait 5–7 days.

Then they say the form must be completed in French instead of English even though the order was delivered to the Czech Republic.

After resubmitting, they again claim something is incorrect. During all this time, they ignore messages for up to 10 days.
Later, they even said the tracking number was wrong — which is strange, because for the first two months there were no issues with it.

In short, the store avoids responsibility completely. If your parcel is lost, they will shift all responsibility onto you. You will be left dealing with forms, delays, and no real support.

I strongly recommend not buying anything over 100 EUR from this store, as you may face serious problems.

Only problem with La Post - they don't work professionally; they write one delivery date, but deliver it in 1-2 days.

Very good price for Canson photo paper. Excellent service. It was delivered very quickly. Highly recommended.
