Excellent service from start to finish
I ordered 3 Bowens heads from this company. Soon after ordering, I got email confirmations. They called me to see if I wanted to change my order to include a complimentary travel case for a pair of the heads. They also told me when delivery was due. A couple of days after delivery, they called again to check I was happy.

Low prices but it's not clear who this company actually is
I recently purchased a lens from Digital 4-u. The price was fantantic and the lens arrived in great condition.
I got nervous when trying to contact the company by phone after 5 days of not hearing anything. The number rings and then goes to an American male voicemail message which gives no indication of who you have called and no options to leave a message or speak to anyone.
When you have just placed a £1000+ order, you want that re-assurance that someone will be at the end of the phone when you haven't heard anything 5 days after ordering!
The product is problem free. The delivery was prompt once confirmed but they're only getting 3 stars because of the above.

Customer service superb. Delivery fantastic. Ordered a 90mm Tamron Lens, Nikon Fit pm the 9th August, arrived 10.30 am next day. That's what I call Top Drawer Quality. Highly recommend this company to anyone.

Just ordered an Olympus camera lens from this company and am very impressed. They were the lowest price by far and received my order the next day - excellent!
