Customer service is literally just a chance for him to insult you. If his code have problems. He will made up lies and blame you for it. You will not get opportunities to provide proofs. Expect to never get a refund. Don't even try.

If you can redeem codes without problems then great. If the opposite then the seller will bombard you with abuse and insults. He even accused me of fraud
as I was buying codes from outside the USA.

With the prices being 2 or even 3 times cheaper then other stores (even though its digital rather than discs) there is also instant delivery and cheap prices. Bought 4 movies for 8 dollars in all.

I have purchased about 7 movies since I discovered this site, and I have had no problems. Everything works with my Canadian iTunes account. I can't confirm the bad reviews about the customer service since I haven't had to contact them, but everything is great, and they add movies regularly. For the price they sell their code for, I am extremely satisfied.

I purchased a code the would not work. I contacted iTunes as the seller would not offer a refund or a replacement. I ended up having to get PayPal to open a dispute to get a refund.
The seller was a Complete cock so avoid him at all costs.

I have purchased codes before and all worked fine. I purchased 4 codes today and 2 had expired. contacted "digital codes 4 sale" and received a refund instantly. no problems and will buy from them again.

Bought 5 movies and 3 codes don’t work and he won’t refund my money. Emailed him and he gave a backhanded response. Won’t refund . Filing a complaint and charge back via visa. Don’t buy for him. Not sure if it was my bank or he finally had enough but he refunded my 3 non redeeming movie code’s although he is spicy to say the least. All could of been avoided if once I told him the didn’t work just a simple refund but he told to to contact apple support which I did and got nowhere’s which I shouldn’t of had to do in the first place. All and all bad experience won’t even consider using him ever again

Scam. You are not buying a digital code. You are sent a link to an illegal download site.

Awful. Bought was, what I assumed legitimate digital codes.

It was not. It was a link to some illegal download site I could've just done myself if I wanted to go that route.

Currently fighting with PayPal to get my money back.

I really don’t understand all the bad reviews and hate. I’ve purchased 11 different movie codes now and NEVER had single issue. I honestly love buying from DigitalCodes4Sale. They have so many great deals! I just wish they had an even larger library, so I could buy more.

I can’t say these guys are scammers because the codes I got always worked with one exception, which was resolved quickly and easily.
However, the last time I did business with them, I had to reach out to customer service and it was nothing short of a nightmare. I was kind and polite, I wasn’t demanding with my issue, nor was I even trying to imply they were in the wrong in the issue. Immediately, I got horridly ignorant, abrupt responses trying to berate and belittle me because there was one thing hidden in their big long paragraph of text telling me what to do. They continued to email me until I got to the point of demanding they stop, each time further attempting to paint me as an illiterate.
The codes may be fine but you ought to know the kind of person you’re supporting by keeping this business going. They lost my support permanently. I’ll pay $24.99 per movie from now on before I ever get a discounted code off this moron again.

My code would not redeem and when I reached out to him he was very rude and refused to make things right or give me a refund he told me to go help myself to redeem the code. BUYERS BEWARE

We all want cheap codes, but to what extent?
DAVE BULLIS (NOT a 'we" or a 'company' is the person that will sell you used codes and NOT refund you) (as he has made that a policy he wags in your face, regardless). You WILL be met with being called a variety of names (dummy, id_ot, a-hole, c_nt, b_tch,..) if you dare to ask questions or try to get clarity, YOU will be accused of trying to defraud HIM. (as seen in the numerous bad reviews prior to this). This has been going on for years, as you can scroll down on these reviews and plainly see. Be prepared to be "banned" from buying, (love that one, as if you'd want to put up w/more abusive language and childish behavior). He LOATHS when he is challenged by a PayPal refund. I picture him sitting behind his pc in the basement of his Moms rural Canadian home, (I know where he lives, I had him investigated) stuffing donuts in his already obese frame, spewing insults to pass time in his miserable existence..whilst ripping people off (both monetarily and verbally). Yes, I was defrauded w/a used code, as well. One of many (back when he actually refunded $, before his "policy" was over enforced ..until about the 5th and last time (bad code), where he got angry for being called out. [mine was never a VPN issue, just his attempt at re-selling used codes]. Frankly I got sick of him not verifying before selling. And WHO? is the id_ot? Dare I say, verify your codes before selling, then keeping peoples money over YOUR blunder, and calling US a thief. Catch a clue little boy.

Codes work 98% of time, but when they don't work you have to deal with costumer service that has a serious attitude problem. Wouldn't help them to be a bit more polite and respectful with their replies.

I made an inquiry to PayPal about this company because this man sent me a fake code. I was told that if I wanted a refund to send the item back to him to ship it. I was told that by PayPal. How are you suppose to ship a digital code back that was fake. U have contacted Spotify and uv spider about this man. I buy a lot of movies through uv spider but not from this thief any more. He keeps money he didn't earn he does not need a company is childish I think it might be a child in reality.

Purchased a PSN card on Dec 20th 2019 till date have not received the code. Have sent many emails to support but no response. i Highly suggest not buy any codes from them. They are making people fool and running an online scam.

Totally agree with the very poor customer service and attitude that others have mentioned.
Redeeming code on iTunes did not work. Apparently instructions on how to redeem were not clear. Customer service did not help to rectify when contacted and was rude. I eventually figured out on my own how to redeem the code on a third party website.
Bottom line: code worked, but customer service was horrible and with bad attitude (something is seriously wrong with him/her/them).

Been buying movies from here for about 2 years, codes are cheap. Customer service is horrific. Person who does support needs anger management help or professional mental help.
If you buy here, which I strongly suggest you not, your customer service Rep will treat you like your an a$$ hole At least that’s what I was told I was.... what business model tells there customers there a$$ hole?
So read the rest of the reviews then run away.....and find another code site that appreciates your business.

Reading through these reviews and I can say that I had the same experience everyone else has had. I bought codes from this guy for a long time - years, actually. Then one day he sold me a code that would 100% not redeem and he resorted to calling me names and making me out to be a fool who doesn't know what I'm doing. The only thing you're able to do if this jerk has to provide anything resembling customer service is try to get your money back from PayPal because he won't do anything for you. Good luck and avoid at all costs.
