Really good service and where very helpful, just think that prices are kind of too high for the most part but other than that it’s good.

This is my second time using this service and honestly can’t find much to complain about. Case managers are always really helpful and professional. Communication is a bit tough since I’m on the West coast, but further more they try their best to get back to you. I do wish the 2nd time I contacted the company the person who answered my call could be a bit more positive. I explained the suspect had threatened to contact my family and the person on the phone told me they won’t do it and it was all a bluff when I knew it wasn’t. I was a bit bothered and confused since so much was on my mind and I was left with a we’ll call you back when we can answer. I understand this company must have many calls and cases, but some positivity during a really dark time would be appreciated. Other than that this company is really great and appreciate their work/ability to assist during scary times.

How quick and simple it was.

Jona and the team were all very helpful and quick. They tracked the person down and stopped the threats so far. It’s pricey but worth it. Any situation for anything online trouble these are your guys.

I was a victim of an email sextortion attempt on January 31/2025. I contacted Digital Forensics that same morning. The following Tuesday, I had an agent on my case. They shut down this blackmailer very quickly. Great service, but it comes at a hefty price for just Phase One. I expected more to happen than just an email header scan for what I have to pay.

Given the nature of the situation I landed myself in, I was completely skeptical when I first found Digital Forensics online. The first case manager I spoke with went above and beyond to ease my mind, answer every question I could think of and prove their legitimacy as a company to me. After I signed up for the service, within minutes they took control over the situation and provided me such a huge relief! I no longer felt fear of things getting out or had a mini panic attack anytime my phone would ring or I got a text. Over the course of the next few days they worked my case and informed me of every step along the way while getting any details from me that they needed in ordered to complete the investigation. Once they had all of the information they needed to track down the perpetrators they made their move and silenced them. Now when if I do receive any other attempts at cyber blackmail I have no worry that anything will be released to ruin my image. A hard lesson was learned but I can’t thank the teams at Digital Forensics enough for getting me out of what felt like a lifelong problem I created for myself!!!

I was a victim of sextortion. The blackmailers were asking for more money and Digital Forensics Corp took over the communications with the blackmailers and found out where they were located and seemed that the issue has been resolved.

Had a sextortion issue twice once they got into one of my accounts and had files had digital forensics track the criminals down and shut it down, few years later I got an email that they got into my cameras had digital forensics go through my electronics and deal with the scammers, really good communication and execution these guys know what there doing. When I got caught in an extortion trap, I felt terrified, alone, and powerless to fight the perpetrator. My country's federal police force could not assist me in the matter due to the extortionist operating overseas. Digital Forensics not only made me feel reassured and like someone was fighting for me, but also taught me a lot about digital crime and the nature of these extortionists. The report created by Digital Forensics was more than impressive, and contained a thorough amount of information regarding the perp. The investigators in charge of my case took over communications with the perpetrator, taking a lot of the stress from the ordeal off of me. I cannot recommend their services enough.

I filled out all the necessary information and I got a response within the same day. They listen to my story and told me that I’m not the first that this happen too. After I finished explaining, they told me all about the company and what they do. They also sent me information on Frye company and the fees they charged. I was still hesitant at the moment. But when the black mailer was doing more threats , I decided to go ahead and let digital forensics handled the case. I chose the 3 day package, and like promised they were able to locate the blackmailer. Although they did not get the blackmailer to delete the content, it did stop them from contacting me, and the threats did stop. Digital forensics held up on their end and was able to locate the blackmailer, I would definitely recommend them, if you are a victim of sextortion or blackmail.
