I decided to use Digital Forensics pretty quickly after I ran into an issue with extortion. I was racked with nerves and they absolutely took advantage of that. But I felt I had nowhere else to turn. They carry a very high price tag because they know they can get away with it. I agreed to the 7 day service and set up a payment plan with a deposit. At first they were pretty quick about following up and getting started. But it took me a little over a week before I actually got my phase 1 report. They showed me the messages they exchanged with the scammer. The scammer was clearly upset and threatened to leak the content. They were unable to get any confirmation that the scammer deleted the blackmail. So it’s still out there potentially. Thankfully i temporarily deactivated all my accounts and set them up so that a scammer couldn’t locate them using the information they had on me. I also informed my network so they knew. It was embarrassing sure, but it’s what I should’ve done from the beginning. Digital Forensics essentially did nothing but piss off the scammer and sent them into hiding, but is gladly taking a large sum of money (over 5k) in the process. I just feel like I got double scammed. I wish I had read these reviews and taken them seriously before I decided to use their services. I would’ve gone a very different route. The scammer hasn’t contacted me since, but it doesn’t mean they won’t. Digital Forensics will try to push you into getting their phase 2 service to take care of this sort of thing. Don’t do it. I can only speak from my experience. Some reviewers seem to have had this work for them, but it didn’t work for me and I’m still stuck paying a big price tag for it.

These people are awesome. When I was freaking out in a situation I couldn’t handle, I called them and they assured me everything would be fine. They got to work right away and told me exactly what to do. There was a lot of instructions but I got the main gist. Honestly pretty expensive but that’s obvious. Even if you choose the cheapest plan they still help you immediately. I got caught up with some guy saying he was going to come to my house because I was f$cking with his h00kers. But they relieved me and said he’s not in the United States. Honestly great company and very trustworthy.

I was being blackmailed by a scammer, and embarrassed about the whole situation. Since first call they didn’t hesitate to make sure I was okay and everything was at ease. The threats got worse and they instantly took over communication. They reported what they found and discussed further things that can be done and what could help during the whole process. I am currently in phase 2 and couldn’t be more pleased with their help. The price might be a little pricey, but so WORTH it. If your any kind of situation please reach out I promise you won’t regret it.

I had an issue with a scammer trying to blackmail me and this company helped give me peace of mind. They scanned my phone and computer with me and verified that I was clean and clear of malware. When I initially signed up for the $5000 option and changed my mind to go back down to the $1500 option not only did Brian accommodate me but he was able to still keep my original scheduling for my appointments and that was hugely helpful.
