I've ordered two custom PC's from Digital Storm and have always been extremely satisfied with their products. I own a small video production company, and I rely on Digital Storm to provide me with lightning fast PC's that will handle the largest files and most demanding work flows. I also game heavily on their machines, and have never had an issue, no matter how cutting edge the game is. Tekken 8, FF7 Rebirth, E33, Silent Hill f. I've played them all at nearly the highest settings withourt ever experiencing a single crash :)

This was the first PC I had built in many years, and my experience was outstanding. Because of the GPU shortage, it did take a little longer, but this was outside there control.
The customer service was excellent, and kept me informed every step of the way.

My PC arrived on time and ready to go. I've been using it for almost a year gaming and using editing software. It runs smoothly and hasn't crashed once. I strongly recommend Digital Storm's pre-built PCs.

They are AMAZING, originally went for a Aventum but then due to space issues i had i called them and asked them to change it, as well as some parts and they changed everything without problems, setbacks or weird charges. Customer support is the best you'll have (they even have a discord where the engineers help you after you bought it or through the building stages). The rig itself is top-notch: the build is clean and professional, everything works perfect, delivery was perfect and is well taken care of during transit. It's my first PC ever and i can't be more grateful to them for making a dream come true. Don't hesitate, do your research and buy from them if you are (too) scared of breaking a $4000 piece of hardware

Digital Storm builds phenomenal gaming PC. Any problems I’ve had they solved right away. Example I had a bad 5090 card first additions that came out not Digital Storms fault at all. They quickly repaired my PC and had me back up in running in under 3 weeks. I live in southern California so that’s with shipping. 5 stars all the way. Definitely recommend and will purchase PCs again in the future. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I work in video editing, but also enjoy VR gaming, so I wanted a computer that would be rock solid for work and play - but with wiggle room for the future. Though I could build one, I didn't want the hassle, but I wanted to know the company who did built it took pride in their stuff. Digital Storm caught my eye for this reason. I decided on an i9-14 with 5080 and too much ram. It's killer. Sure, it was costly, and it took a long time to arrive, but this thing has been a beast since day one, and months and months later, and a move to another state, and it's still rock solid... Customer service was great too. I reached out about delivery time because I was worried my movie would mess things up, but they called me and gave me the info I needed. After I got the PC I had a question and they replied back in no time... Overall I am super happy with my purchase. The only negative is that I paid more for an AIO with a cool screen on it, but because their case is an "upside down" build, the screen wraps around the back of the unit. I do wish I knew that when paying extra, but it's not a deal breaker, and still looks nice with my PC sideways. Again, literally nothing bad to say. This i9 5080 has made my job of editing super smooth - and VR gaming is flawless. Love it.

The PC I received from Digital Storm is great. I've had no problems with it. I would rate 4.5 stars but i can't see how to do a half star. The only negative experience I really had was the time between order and delivery. I ordered on 5/23/25 and it wasn't shipped until 7/2/25. If you don't mind the wait, it was a quality experience.

They are on point when it comes to building a pc there were only a few concerns I had when it came down to ship dates but that was due to a miscommunication all in all id buy another pc from them the build quality is unmatched and the support from customer service and the build team is amazing I bought a limited edition gpu when I bought the pc I had concerns that it might void my warranty if I installed it but to my surprise they said that even though it wasn't the factory gpu everything else was still covered

Digital Storm is an amazing and trustworthy company to get a PC from. They really put the customer first from start to finish and their customer support staff are great and handle every situation with upmost care and importance. I would 100% buy from them again no questions asked.

They were terrific. Top notch customer service before, during, and after the sale. So engaged I had to politely get them off the phone to stop helping me. Very refreshing.

April of last year I purchased a gaming PC from Digital Storm. It's been almost a year and it still hums along with no issues. Plays all the games on high rez that I want to play. Delivery was secure and the PC was package very well. Quality is fantastic. Customer service helped me build the PC that I needed for what I would be doing with it. I absolutely would recommend them.

The staff is very friendly, courteous and have a genuine concern to ensure you get the exact computer that you want. Their customer service is above exceptional. The quality of the computer build is very evident when you look inside. Every thing is routed neatly and cleanly. Tracking of your builds progress is easy to see and understand. Packaging is top notch and shipping is great.

Digital Storm offered systems at a fair price. The PC was built well with attention to detail. The best feature of Digital Storm is their support. We had a problem that took weeks to figure out. It turned out it was not Digital Storm, but a VR headset and a corrupted video driver. The VR company was not able to figure it out. Digital Storm support did! Highly recommend.!

The PC is fantastic. It's a major upgrade from my old Dell G5 5000 and I plan to add more parts to improve its performance in the future. However at times, it restarted despite being set to sleep mode and it crashed in the middle of an episode of a show a few days ago, though this is only time it happened. Overall, I'm very happy with the Corsa.

Extremely professional company. PC is made in a timely manner, consistent with the info they provide on their website. I could not have done this myself, the PC is an absolute beast. Customer service was extremely timely in responding to any and all questions within an hr or less. My next future PC will be bought once again, from Digital Storm

My PC was built amazingly and works great. Plus when it took longer than expected customer service was fast to answer and always had an answer and did not give me a run around.

The systems are very customizable and very reasonably priced for what you get. This is my second Digital Storm PC, and both have worked great. I wouldn't have even needed to replace my old system except that it was too old and it didn't support windows 11.

I’ve used digital storm PCs for a lot of years. I have many PCs from them and they’ve always been top-notch. The new PCs always last me years with very little to know issues whatsoever. Anytime that I’ve ever had to call them about anything. They were very quick to respond and to help out in anyway they could. The PCs are always ready to go right out of the box and are always set up properly. Shipping and delivery have always been without any issues and the quality of the materials in the items use in the builds have always been without issue.

I've been purchasing gaming rigs from Digital Storm for many years. I've lost count of how many systems I've purchased (5?), but they all have the same thing in common: consistent, rock-solid dependability. DS never lets me down.

The machine was configured exactly as ordered and it shipped a little earlier than expected. The packing was good and it arrived undamaged. Bootup was smooth and there was NO bloatware installed! The machine was fast and performed better than I expected. I find the case easy to access and the cooling was better than expected, with very low fan noise. All quality components. Overall, highly recommended.
