Ho letto con piacere il libro e frequentato il webinar gratuito in cui mi è stato subito chiaro dove fossero gli errori nella mia comunicazione. Applicando i semplici consigli del webinar ho notato subito che i miei clienti hanno iniziato ad acquistare di più e anche le mie relazioni sono migliorate "per magia".
