Good delivery and price
Delivery was on time, price was good.
I like their "price trend" feature which, combined with toppreise.ch means I can decide when to purchase something.
I've been using Digitec/Galaxus for years, and whenever there's an issue (faulty product, bad/wrong description etc.) things have always been resolved well.
