Horrible Service – Never Received the Product and Still Waiting for My Refund

I rarely receive replies to my emails, which is why I am writing here publicly.

I ordered a lamp on November 28, 2025, but received the wrong item in December. The incorrect lamp was collected in January, and I was promised a full refund. It has now been over three months, and I still have not received my €280 back.

I never received the product I ordered, and despite repeated follow-ups, communication has largely stopped. As long as I do not receive either the correct lamp or a full refund, I cannot recommend or support this brand.

I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

Diiiz is bankrupt?? Be aware.

It took 46 weeks before they delivered the dining table. In all those weeks they never communicated with me. Very poor quality. I sent a mail with a complain. I recently got there answer. They confirm that the quality is not up to standard and the factory in India is bankrupt. Diiiz themselves has no money left to compensate anything or to replace, barely has any employers left as they mentioned in there mail respons and Diiiz is soon to be sold to another party or what is left of it or is also going bankrupt very soon. So don´t buy here.

Court judgment issued – avoid, orders may be at risk

We received poor-quality furniture that arrived water-damaged and smelling strongly. We tried to obtain a refund for over a year and received no response.

We issued a claim via HM Courts & Tribunals Service and the court has entered judgment in our favour. If the company does not pay in line with the judgment, we will proceed with formal enforcement action.

Based on our experience and the fact it escalated to court, I strongly recommend you do not place any orders — if this business is not meeting basic obligations, your money and order may be at risk.

Warning: Roberto or Diiiz can't be trusted!?

I ordered a 3-seater CAMELIA sofa and other furnitures from Diiiz in 2024. After a long wait, goods were received late 2024. By early 2025, one of the cords of the sofa broke. After countless emails and months negotiating with Roberto and a few months of silence, they finally agreed — through Mary — to send a replacement in December 2025. I even agreed to pay the £150 transport fee just to settle it.
But after that? Total silence. No update, no reply. It looks like they’re pretending the agreement never existed! Diiiz has wasted so much of my time and completely ignored their own promises. And now Roberto is still alive and replying to others here on Trustpilot, as if nothing happened.
Can you find a worse supplier than this? Absolutely no business ethics. Avoid Diiiz at all costs!
I may file a complaint in Belgium if this is not settled sooner.

I have been informed by our logistics team that the Camelia sofa module we shipped in January unfortunately has not been delivered. It appears that the carrier may have lost the package. We have already filed a claim with the delivery company, but we are still waiting for their response.

I am truly sorry for this situation and for the inconvenience it has caused you, especially considering that the resolution of your issue has already taken several months. I completely understand how frustrating this must be.

In the meantime, we have taken the initiative to start the production of a new module to resolve this as quickly as possible. The current estimated delivery time is the end of June.

Warning

Warning! I placed my order at the begging of June and haven’t received it yet. They postponed the delivery all the time. I lost so much time in sending multiple messages - I was receiving no answer most of the time. Finally my order was shipped but after 12 days it hasn’t arrived yet. I sent three messages asking for the tracking number. Silence. The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Still waiting.

Great product but long lead times

The product once received was excellent but the lead times for delivery slightly tarnished our experience. We were expecting our chairs in 14 to 16 weeks which eventually turned in 25 weeks. Roberto provided updates when he could.

Don`t buy from this Diiz.com!!! Order an expensive lounge chair in November an it still haven,t been delivered! No answer from the support even if I have tried to email and phone called them several of times. Not ok. So I highly recommend to not buy from this company.

The good news is that your container arrived three weeks ago and, according to the latest updates, it should finally be unloaded this week. This means we expect to receive your order very soon and will ship it to you immediately upon arrival.

We are putting continuous pressure on the shipping company to speed up the process and are also victims of this difficult situation. We genuinely hope that conditions will improve next month once the strikes in Belgium come to an end.

Ordered 5 barstools in September

Ordered 5 barstools in September. First one was delivered yesterday (significantly more than 14-16 weeks delivery time as stated on website) and the other 4 seems to be on their way with the delivery company.

Unfortunately the stool received does not match the pictures on the website. The design is significantly different and the measurements are not as stated on the website.

We have contacted the company with all necessary details for a full refund and hope they will be service minded and sort it out smoothly.

Will return and update my description on how they handle this situation (customer service) - until now it has been a somewhat disappointing experience regarding the product itself.

Update: diiiz handled the return and refund in a very good way. Although some delays due to the freight company the process was friendly and smooth.

I ordered 5 barstools on the 7th of…

I ordered 5 barstools on the 7th of August and they have still not arrived. I keep emailing for updates. The last I heard was that they will be delivering them at the end of March. After reading this website I am extremely worried this is a scam.

Received entirely different product with 1 month delay!

Worst customer service ever and a total scam. Ordered a sun umbrella on December 5th, on the website and the product itself it clearly said “delivery in 7 days” which was more than in time for Christmas, I had to contact them after 14 days asking about my order and apparently it was out of stock. But they could still send it to me in 2 weeks. January 13th today, more than a month later and my package finally arrived. Only to open it and find out it’s an entire different product. I ordered a crochet umbrella and they delivered a plain white umbrella. Of course they are only half reachable through e-mail never through a chat or phone. Avoid this company it is a total scam!
