MOST Solicitors are not Good.

MOST Solicitors are not Good.

I have phoned twice and sent two emails over the past five weeks, and no response whatsoever so ever. I was even told when I called on one occasion, that they would pass the message on to a solicitor named AMAKA. Still nothing.

I worked with Isaac Usifoh

I worked with Isaac Usifoh, who identifies publicly as a solicitor at this firm. I engaged him via the freelance platform Upwork to assist with a High Court family appeal concerning contact with my child.

The experience was damaging. Isaac dragged the work on for weeks, despite being given all court documents, transcripts, orders, and grounds. Then, without warning, and with no communication or closure, he coldly terminated the contract — abandoning the appeal at a time when I was already legally out of time.

When challenged, he made only a token effort to fix things — but only after I referenced his duties as a regulated solicitor (SRA ID: 7015930). Even then, he failed to issue a Letter of Engagement, did not define scope in writing, and took instructions without providing the protections that all clients are entitled to under the SRA Code of Conduct.

As someone navigating this appeal alone, I feel I was taken for a fool. But I kept everything — messages, job spec, evidence. He assumed freelance platforms meant no accountability. He was wrong.

For family law — especially where children are involved — you need a solicitor with ethics, urgency, and integrity. If an individual like this works under your brand, the public is right to question what your firm stands for.

If you're considering hiring Isaac Usifoh for legal work, especially via Upwork, I strongly advise you to research his freelance activity and ensure you’re given all client rights up front — not after things fall apart.

Rude and unprofessional. Avoid avoid avoid

I would give 0 stars, but the system doesn't allow it.
The most unprofessional and rude solicitors company.
I have been represented by Alina Balint back in 2020 and it was the worst experience I ever had. Not only that she was advising me wrongly, but she was also offering misleading information as a solicitor. I dismissed her with immediate effect after she insulted me and swore at me.
This person should not be allowed to work as a solicitor in this country or any other country, her licence should be revoked.
I do not recommend them at all.
