I have spent £44 on Christmas presents in which the only good place for them is the bin.
I’m actually embarrassed I’ve fallen victim.
Just don’t buy anything is my good advice to you.

My daughter ordered me a necklace off this website and they sent the box with no necklace inside very disappointing as she had bought this with her own money.

Order still not arrived after 2 weeks. No response to emails. Can't track order. Think I've been scammed. DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

Awful! Ordered the glass birds, arrived 2 weeks late drop shipped from China and are not as advertised at all. Item is not even glass, it's a poorly printed sticker on a square piece of metal. No customer service, no response and no refund! Really frustrated. Please avoid this website.

Orders two artisanal mugs with wooden handles. Says large will be ideal for all drinks. 17oz capacity. Turn up which actually sounds like a bonus compared to others and they are tiny tiny espresso cups. Complete lie on their advert and pics. Feel very ripped off.

Awaiting Christmas delivery and nothing. Stupid me for not reading reviews first. Big scammers.

Don’t use!!! My card details were fraudulently compromised from using this website. Item has not been delivered either.

Furious with myself for not doing due diligence . Money paid up front and absolutely nothing since. My item never arrived and zero response from various contacts via email. Do not use.

I wished I'd read reviews before ordering!
Have been waiting nearly 3 weeks now for my delivery - still waiting.
Completely unsure if my items are going to ever arrive, but they're needed in the next week. So will now have to shop elsewhere.

Ordered item on 6 Dec. Payment taken 6/12. Ad says progressed by 2nd day (8) and despatched next working day (11). Recd despatch note on 11/12, followed immediately with 'update' that still being progressed ie not despatched. Many tel calls made but goes to gifgaf answering machine, no response. Many emails ignored. No further communications since 11/12. Have emailed to say I will be requesting cancellation if don't hear or get product by 22/12/23. Web page is for a UK Co. Didn't realise this is a cover for China. Have now read other reviews and wonder if I will eventually get the product or refund or lose my money. 19.12.23 telephoned credit card 'fraud' dept. Was advised to wait 30 days from order before initiating 'chargeback', and have done right thing by giving company opportunity to respond, which it hasn't to numerous emails and telephone calls. Checked my credit card statement and found payment taken by 'dimoohome Essex Uni'. On 20.12.23 received reply that due to popularity of goods apology for delay but no shipping details given. 23.12.23 I emailed again that bad faith, misleading information, taking money when no stock, poor communications complaint. Later same evening found parcel in garden, no delivery warning received, not left in safe place, doorbell not heard. However, goods as advertised and in new condition, and I am pleased with them, but will never order from this Co again.

As many others have said I wish I had reviewed this company before purchasing. Postage took ages with zero response from customer service. Worst was when it did arrive, the product was not as advertised. I purchased a puzzle advent calendar where each day was meant to have pieces that completed a section of a puzzle. But when received the pieces were all mixed up in each days box so doesn't act as a calendar and just as a crap normal puzzle. Fuming at how such a company can advertise products so inaccurately. Stay well away.

Wish I had read these reviews. Purchase confirmed but then no movement on shipping that cost £4.99. Looks like UK shop. Emailed on two separate days and no response. Phoned them today and goes to gif gaf voicemail. Left message and no returned call. This shop should not be allowed to do business. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Wish I had seen these reviews. Thought I was buying from a UK company and only started to investigate when item didn't arrive and it is in China. Mailed them, no response couldn't get the Hermes tracking number on either Hermes or Evri site. Found if I click on the number itself it took me to an unknown carrier but sits for days without update. Wish Google would get this off their search results. So disappointed as I was buying a specific gift appropriate to give a bereaved relative at this time of year. Scammers falsely claiming to be what they are not. More fool me then....

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Chinese company fronting as UK based. Ordered an advent calendar jigsaw in November and it has only just arrived. Customer services is a mobile phone number that goes straight to answer phone and messages are not returned. There is not a returns process, so I'm stuck with the calendar. Only positive is that I'm already organised for next year! Next job, will be to see how I can report them.

Item still hasn’t arrived after over 3 weeks. No replies from 2 emails, finally came to check the reviews to realise I’ve probably been scammed. Thank god it was only £15.
Don’t use this site is my advice.
It showed up on a Google search so really should be removed.

Edit: ítem arrived the day after writing this and it was just as advertised (woolly hat) so I upped the score to 3, still didn’t get any responses or tracking info and for £5 delivery charge it took over 3 weeks.

Shame I have to leave 1 star! What a complete scam! Suncatcher in the image and description says stained glass. What I actually received was a Perspex square with a badly scanned photo of a suncatcher printed onto it! Plus it was broken, not that I would have wanted to use it! Do not buy from this company, they are nothing less than criminals!

What a shower this company are. Ordered on 1st December and here we are at the 13th December, tracking hasn’t updated for days and my enquiry email has the answer ‘sorry’. No info on when or if I will get the product.
Really I’m to blame, just shouldn’t order anything from a China based supplier, I’ve never had a good experience. Maybe I’ll learn this time.
However, don’t use this company and avoid the stress. Pay a couple of quid more and buy from a UK based company.

The photos of the product are obviously stolen from elsewhere the product actually recived is completely rubbish and not fit for purpose it looks like it’s been made by a child in a pre school
