Amazingly efficient service. The watch was delivered, post free, the day after buying it on-line. It arrived running and set to the correct time.

Great communication, swift and well packaged delivery.
There was a slight issue with what I'd ordered (not their fault) but they contacted me very quickly about it and we had it resolved. They then sent my watch out to me and it was packaged very well and arrived quickly.
Weena was very helpful and I'd certainly order from them again.

I recently visited Dipples in Norwich for a replacement battery for my wrist watch. John a member of their staff was extremely helpful and polite and sorted this out for me. I was impressed with the professional service and care given. I am a regular customer and would recommend this special jewellery shop to others.
