Great company

Great price, great service. There was a hitch over the delivery but it was easy to contact them by phone and they did all they could to sort out the problem. I couldn’t ask for more and found them excellent to deal with.

DpD never came I stayed in then had the rudeness to text & say no one in !
There is no way of calling them
This is the 4 th time , then they Just dump it the next day at the spar shop near Garstang .
Maybe think of trying another delivery company

Please consider that this review is about DPD and not about Direct Drainage - we do offer other delivery providers such as Royal Mail if you order in future with us.
