Super Shady Experience
Extremely sleazy company. Ordered 2 Iphone replacement screens from them. One stopped working after about 4 or so months. Sent it back for a replacement.
Replacement came DOA (dead on arrival). Sent me a pre-paid shipping tag to replace it again.
Then crickets.
Contacted them about it, the customer (dis) service rep claimed they didn't get the screen back, despite the tracking showing it was delivered to them. The rep kept saying something completely incoherent about a second screen.
I kept telling them the return was for one screen and not two. I'm fairly certain that was their tricky way of getting out of having to honor their supposed "Lifetime" warranty. Junk parts, lying and cheating customer service is what I got from them.

Phone battery expanded and overheating…
Phone battery expanded and overheating after 2 months of use! Only refund battery and not shipping or the adhesive that I bought with the battery which will have to now be repurchased. Poor customer service response to a poor quality battery and safety risk.

Do not order from this shady company. They claim their phone is out of order and the chat representative closed our chat session when I tried to cancel an order made by mistake! Shady shady business!
