Purchased a large amount of flooring last year. They promised a quick delivery. It never turned up. I kept calling, they continued to promise it would come in a few days. It never turned up. Then I tried to cancel and get a refund. Again I chased and chased and but they never gave me the refund. Now Im trying chase my money from the credit card company but they don't want to pay. I need create a link between directflooring2u and Cheadle home improvements which is the name of the directflooring2u bank account inorder for the credit card company to help me get my funds back - PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

Placed an order for some Karndean floor tiles from them last year. After 3 months of being told "it'll be here next week" it actually turned up. The problem I had now was a box of floor tiles and a roller where missing from the order. Turns out they didn't bother sending the roller out. And they insisted the rest of the order was checked before it left the warehouse so it must of been the delivery company that lost the missing box of tiles. After being given a few more excuses on the phone I sent a formal letter, which was ignored so I had to make a claim on the credit card.
It might seem to be a good price but once they have your money they just don't seem to care.

Having ordered from this company then seeing the reviews afterwards I was a bit concerned but gave the company the benifit of the the doubt, wrong thing to do. Having placed the order I recieved a confirmation e-mail in which it stated that another e-mail with a link would follow shortly which would allow me to track the order, I never recieved this e-mail. I called the company, also trading under stockport flooring. I was informed that the courier had collected the order and was on route to deliver and I should expect the order the next day. On short notice I arranged for someone to be there to recieve the order. The order never arrived. I called the day after the order was supposed to have arrived and was told that the order was awaiting collection from the courier even though I had already been told the order had been collected 2 days previously. I do not like to deal with companies that lie and cannot organise a p*"!up in a brewery. I cancelled the order in a polite manner and had the company hang the phone up on on me. If I do not get a refund in an acceptable time frame trading standards will be getting a call, companies like this need to be pulled up about customer service. If they cannot fullfil their promises (which seems to be a regular occurance) they should not be trading! Once again anyone thinking of using this company should look elsewhere.

They will promise the earth, take your money and DO NOT deliver the goods.

An absolute waste of time.

They promise delivery within 7 to 10 working days and say that they will advise if this is not possible.

I started chasing 14 days after hearing nothing and then realised that they had no intention of fulfilling the order. They promised a refund that has never come and I am now trying to get my money back via the credit card company.

Another firm fulfilled my order within 48 hours of placing it!

What a nice bunch of guys! Had issues with the items bought. They are really polite and well mannered throughout. Problem got solved. Very pleasant experince, would definetly recomend.

i rang direct flooring to you after being badly let down by another flooring online company i had read a revieiw that wasnt very complimentry but after speaking to aconsultant on the phone i decided to place an order i was told it would take seven to ten working days and the person who i spoke to made it quite clear that it was working days which obviousley didnt include weekends as promised my order arrived three days later. my only concern and it is not a bad thing is they seem too be very excessive in the packaging they use the karndean looked like it had been packed so it could withstand a bomb blast

I found a few bad reviews about direct flooring, but only after i had already bought and payed for my floor! I rang to ask them about it and they assured me that only a few customers had problems due to supply issues and normally there service is exception. Which now having received my floor promptly and the dealings i had with this company i would agree. A smooth and hassle free transaction would definately recommend
