Absolutely Terrbible...

On the 1st January I ordered a pack of Kodak MAX AAA Alkaline Batteries (12pk - BOGOF).

After 9 days I was getting worried that I hadn't received word that they had been shipped (they were in stock when I ordered them), so I sent 3 emails - no response...

Slightly annoyed I rang up the number of their website where it rang, and it rang, and it rang..... 5 attempts later somebody obviously somebody got that annoyed that their afternoons sleep was being disturbed that they picked up the phone.

They said they were expecting a new delivery of the AAA batteries on Monday (12th) and I should receive them by the Wednesday (14th), the 14th came and went and I rang up again, and the women on the other end told me that my batteries were 'downstairs in the packing office' and I should expect them on Friday.

Guess what? Friday came and went and still no batteries! After having enough I rang them up again where the women on the other end was bemused as to why I was told that they were downstairs when quite clearly they weren't.....yes, me too! But she assured me that they were receiving a delivery on the 20th and I should have them by Friday (23rd).

Well the 23rd is here, and guess what? No batteries.

Unbelievable.
