Not easy to pay for policy online

I was unable to complete payment online with a message stating "there is a problem, please try later", continually being shown when I had put in all my details and wanted to complete the transaction. I had to do a WhatsApp chat, which was useful but took a long time, and pay this way. A bit unsatisfactory

Good Cover is Important but so is a Fair Price...

I was directed to Direct Line via a car quotation search engine. The Direct Line process seemed very straightforward. The quote wasn't the cheapest but I was looking for a competitive quote but the same time need good cover. I have chosen Direct Line based on reputation.
