Ordered Hungarian pillows through Wowcher.. Arrived from silent Dreams..part of direct warehousing...... Nothing resembaling the description.. Such poor quality so Tried to return Via Wowcher atrocious complicated website but just can't get anywhere your emails just get pinged back can't find a telephone number BE AWARE WOWCHER IS A RIP OFF COMPANY!!!! I thought I would be safe as they advertise on TV.. There activities need looking at!!!.... I have tried to write a review on the silent Dreams website about these Hungarian pillows but they won't accept it... I wonder why??? But just take a look at all the other items on their listing NO reviews!!! Again I wonder why... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.. Wowcher rip off Silent Dreams rip off!!!!

more than a month i ordered a pair of pillow, through silent dreams, what seems now scam. pillows never has arrived, neither my refund, so difficult to find any contact to them, as they are under this company.

Awful quality
four months ago I bought two small duck feather pillows. According to the description, the cover was to be of high quality with double stitched preventing the feathers from escaping. Unfortunately, for every change of pillowcases, the feathers come out of a handful of about half a large jar. In addition, they are uncomfortable and loud, i.e. they crackle with every movement of the head. I was hoping the problems would disappear in a short time. Unfortunately this did not happen. After three months, I decided to make a complaint about the defective product. Unfortunately, it turned out that the company's policy does not provide for complaints after three months. I turned to Amazon for help. It took a long time, the seller finally graciously offered a 20% return. I did not manage to answer / agree to such a solution because after two days the claim was closed.
I advise you to avoid this company from a distance - poor quality merchandise, an embarrassing proposal to solve the problem and disregarding the client.
I wish I had read the other reviews before I decided to buy it. Never agan.

never use these or Wowcher ever again take your money dont deliver not happy. Wowcher dont care about customers being ripped off shame on them. should be no star's

Please do not buy of this company bought a lumbar support cushion from wowcher absolutely sh ite came ripped poor quality stuffing fleece ha ha so cheaply made disgusting

Pillows are so bad. Goes out of shape. Flattens. There was a piece of metal wire in one of the pillows. Binned within a couple of weeks. Should have stuck with silent night pillows. At least they last longer. Bought through wowcher.

Very good company. Great pillow new things in-stock. Always been buying from this company for over 3yrs never let me down.

I just tried leaving this review on they website, but guess what? Wouldn't let me 😂😂😂. Came on here to check them out and booooom all bad feedback. Not one positive! Absolute shambles

Terrible pillows. Like it says hotel pillows, exactly that. Use them good for up to 3 nights then bin them. Gone back to my old pillows. After 3rd night they was flat as a pancake, more life in a tramps vest! Went from using two pillows to using the 3rd. Material inside feels cheap stringy cotton. My partner didn't even change hers over and was glad when she seen what mine turned like. Honestly, got nothing good to say about these sorry. Cheap throw away pillows like hotel pillows

Quality pillows? No way. Having just read other comments I also had problems with these so called quality pillows via Wowcher. Awful, no refund, no prepaid returns label, no answer on phones and email responses from them that a 5 year old with limited English could do better.

I have today excalated a complaint made via Resolver as I raised a complaint against Wowcher and have this successfully refunded. Just a pity the 3rd party needed to be involved rather than the company supplying the goods.

Well done Wowcher - Avoid Direct Warehouse

Recommended through my pregnancy app (Bounty) so naively thought they were trust worthy. I ordered a 12ft u shaped pillow along with a pillow case. The only thing delivered was the pillow case. The delivery company took a photo of them delivering this through my letterbox. I have emailed numerous times and direct warehouse has sent me the same automated message saying my order was delivered even with the photo proof they will not look into this. I have contacted Trading standards. I have also emailed Bounty suggesting they take this company off their app. To con pregnant women is a disgrace. Absolute con of a company.

Ordered a new duvet some 5 weeks ago- chased direct warehouse who advised the courier must of lost my order - I have asked for a refund but the company simply do not communicate - do not recommend anyone using this company as customer service is non- existent and they simply do not deliver as a company - do not let them rip you off

Direct warehouse is an absolute joke... "hotel quality pillows" 😂🤣 Dont bother waste of time, money..and patience! I have contacted this company many times via email to get a pre paid returns label which they said they would email me.. After 4 weeks I'm still having no luck so I've decided to open a case via my bank to try get my money back. I will also be contacting trading standards about this situation.

I ordered 4 “hotel quality” pillows via Wowcher. I have never seen such disgusting pillows and as someone else has already stated, no I wouldn’t let a dog sleep on them either. Full of lumps of cheap fibre (offcuts presumably). Despite an email from them in October promising a prompt refund I have received nothing. I have a photograph of a signature from one of their employees? (Rashid) but still nothing. Going to trading standards on Monday because Wowcher have not supported me in this very well at all. To make a comment and have to wait up to 24 hours for a response is not practical. I cannot sit staring at my phone for a whole day in the hope that they may contact me! Goodbye Wowcher, hello paying the proper price.

My credit card company has agreed to give me a full refund.

Anyone else who have had a problem should go to the citizens advice website.

Ordered a 16.5togg quilt from wowcher
Waited 2 weeks didn't turn up ignored my emails wowcher got involved and company finally sent item . When item came it was the incorrect item I wouldn't let my dog sleep on it was such poor quality . I sent about 6 emails to these jokers and they still haven't sent me my correct item . They need reporting deffinatly unless we all just turn up outside the business and start protesting ! Seriously I'm at the end of my tether !

Ordered pillows via gogroopie, never received. Will not refund my money for pillows and postage

I ordered a 16.5 winter duvet through wowcher and have not received it , I have been trying to get a refund but as yet no joy. I phoned direct warehouse today and they told me they don't do bedding which is not true as it is advertised on there site. WOWCHER ID JUST AS BAD AND YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO THEM EITHER WILL NOT BE DEALING WITH THEM AGAIN
