Customer service is not their priority

I bought a huge mirror and I kept asking for delivery up to the 2nd floor as I am alone and can't carry it up. They refuse as they keep telling me only one person will deliver. I asked that I will pay, but they still said no. They are selling a fragile product but they do not care how it gets delivered. That is not proper customer service. I will only receive the product tomorrow so I don't know how it looks like yet.
