No refund after 15 days of waiting
I returned 3 items and was told that they had received my return on 26/01/2023 and my refund would be processed within 3-5 days, contacted again as hadn't received my refund and was told exactly the same thing. It is now 10/02/2023 and I am still yet to receive my refund with no contact from this company. I have just sent another request and asked that I am refunded tomorrow at the latest otherwise this matter will be taken further. Awful customer service
