Buyers Beware

I ordered a part on September 27. It is now October 19th and haven’t received the part yet and they won’t answer phone calls. I’d say read the other reviews and buyers beware.

Very poor customer service

I placed an order of the chocolate bombs to give friends at Christmas. Order never turned up. Sales assistant Zac has been helping me with this however, January 30th and still nothing. No refund, no order, no apology from anyone that my message has been fwd to. Very poor service. Not acceptable

Do NOT purchase from this company

Do NOT purchase from this company. Information for items listed are misleading and false. Products are not within the BBE date stated on the website.

Items arrived damaged and unusable. This was not owing to the courier, there was no external packaging damage only internal.

After contacting the seller they advised I would have to return the items at my own cost despite under the Consumer regulations Act 2015 they have a duty to provide courier or refund.

Awful don’t waste your money

Awful don’t waste your money
My order arrived late, box is a mess coffee glasses smashed and most of my order is missing or they sent the empty box with no product inside ordered the crystal sugar sticks x4 lots of 5 units, they sent 3 singles two wrapped and one unwrapped and thrown in the box
Ordered a Chocolate stainless steel shaker didn’t arrive but the box for it did
Biscuits didn’t come
The coffee glassss were smashed

So basically paid a fortune for a box of 20 tea bags as that’s all of use in my whole order

Rio caramel syrup to try it is SUGAR FREE

I bought some Rio caramel syrup to try. the box says Toffee Caramel, and it is SUGAR FREE, it is not clear on Webb site heading for this, only in small print, complete waste of money for me, as we would never have bought the sugar free version. When I politely phoned to ask about it, I was referred to the description, as Rio only do SUGAR FREE. they would exchange, but i would have to pay for returning. I wont use this company again

Great coffee. Great value. Discount Coffee give excellent service & value. Have been getting my coffee from them for quite some time. Never have they failed to impress. They deserve my five stars for sure. Thank you Discount Coffee!

Coffeeee treats!

Simple website to navigate your way around and easy payment process.

Good company with a nice variety of coffees to choose from. Continue to use this company because they sell coffee I like that I can never find in shops, always in stocks and arrives in a couple of days.

Exceptionally bad coffee, reminiscent of stale old cardboard boxes. Ordered blue Mountain Jamaican beans...received dry old flavourless nuggets !

AVOID this company - I am owed nearly £100 for over two months!

AVOID this company - I am owed nearly £100 for over TWO months!

AVOID this company they are a scam. They owe me nearly £100 from an order placed two months ago. They have NOT sent the order. I have made numerous phone calls and they always have an excuse as to why they haven't been able to send my goods. They make promises to send the coffee, that they do not keep. They ignore my emails requesting my money to be returned. When I phone them they make excuses as to why they can't refund my money.

Accounts have always gone home and nobody other than the person answering the phone is there, this is every time I ring. I have had "I have passed your request to accounts, there is nothing more I can do". When asked why it has taken weeks for accounts not to give me my money back, he has no answer and blames accounts. This is a small 'tin pot' organization operating out of a very small building down a track off of a small rural country lane. Don't be fooled by the website, which make this organization appear bigger than it is and more reliable than it is.The director is Mr Simon Chiswell for the holding company Universal Coffee Ltd which has an address in Glasgow but this is not where your phone call goes to. Visit the address yourself on Street View before placing an order - Discount Coffee ML8 5PX and check it out yourself.

Mr Chiswell has been a director of other coffee companies that after just a short while are either dissolved or go into liquidation. Draw your own conclusions from this. The company has very little in assets registered to its name.

PLEASE LEARN from my experience.

They do not in my opinion deserve even 1 star which is unfortunately the lowest that can be given. You really risk losing your money with this company or not receiving your order. I see that I am not alone in not receiving items ordered, or being fobbed off and lied to , or not having emails answered. I am now pursuing all forms of action to recover my money, including legal.

Late delivery

Ordered on the Tuesday and arrived Thursday the next week after I chased them up as the website said 3-5 days for delivery (and I ran out of coffee) .

Hopeless

I have ordered twice from this website but never again. Both orders arrived late despite paying for next day delivery. When I phoned customer services I was told they didn't have any of the coffee I had ordered. In disgust I told them I wanted a refund........and I'm still waiting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No reply to emails, fail to deliver

Having waited 2 weeks for my shipment, I have sent 2 emails and called the company for tracking information. They promised on the phone to send tracking information but didn't. They have not replyed to my emails.

I would be very careful with this company.
