Great prices and service

Expired product, and poor customer service
I ordered coconut jelly, but it arrived on its exact expiry date. Selling food this close to or past its expiration is a serious food safety concern.
The customer service experience only made things worse. I emailed them immediately and received no response. When I followed up by replying to that exact email chain, they finally responded but claimed they never received the original message—which makes no sense given it was the same thread.
While they did eventually issue a refund, the process took far too long. I asked how they plan to prevent this in the future, and after another long delay, I was told they would give staff training. I would have given two stars since I eventually got my money back, but the severe communication delays and poor support easily drop this to a 1-star experience.

Quick and easy
Found the items I needed at a good price, then the delivery was quick and received earlier than expected, will definitely use again and I'll take a look to see if anything else I'd like to try

Damaged goods being delivered
I disliked that the products I ordered where dented cans which means that the contents could be contaminated due to the cans being damaged.

Bought 2 bottles of Monin Syrup
Bought 2 bottles of Monin Syrup. The coconut one was fine however the pistachio one tasted awful very chemically almost like it was not formulated correctly. I have had the pistachio syrup before and it did not taste like this. Very disappointed as a big 70cl syrup bottle is getting wasted with no way of getting a replacement or refund.
