Excellent service, unbeatable price.
Our plumbers quoted £1200 for a hot water cylinder, I shopped around and found it online for less than half the price. They delivered in 3 days.

nearly all good.
I have found discount heating to be excellent on price and have good delivery times. However, I had ordered an item that was incorrect (my fault). I phoned to return the unopened item and order the correct size.
To get it exchanged was not a problem but i had to pay a 25% re-stocking charge although i had ordered and paid for delivery (twice now) and the item was picked up by the guy who delivered the new one.. seems a bit steep really.
