Not even worth a star. Waiting 2 weeks on my package that should have been delivered 8 days ago they can't make it right by just saying hey we ship it overnight or whatever not even offering a bit of or extra discount because they f#cked up really bad company do not buy from them!

Ordered bulk office clips. They came in less than 48 hours after I ordered them! It was free shipping since my order was over $45 so I was blown away at the speed of the delivery. I will be ordering from them again in the near future and would recomend OfficeSupply.com to anyone.

Price gouging company. Had to have paper during this quarantine and didn't want to go out. Paid $18 for 250 pieces of card stock and within a couple hours I tried to cancel and they said it's to late. I found the exact same paper at walmart for $5.93.

While they say this is in the details, buyer beware!!! I got an office mat (large flat size) and wanted to return it. It cost $35 to return it UPS, and they DO NOT reimburse you for shipping the item back. That is the customer responsibility. The mat that I bought was $30, so I am losing money on this deal!!! Nobody ever reads all the fine print, and all the rules around the return were ridiculous. So, I would caution you, make sure you want what you are buying...

I did not get part of my order. I patiently explained to the customer service person that I did not get part of my order 4 times. I was asked 3 time to look again in my driveway.
Do not waste your time or money.

They refused a cancelation immediately after I ordered. After more emails and request to return and paying for return shipping they refunded my cost and did not require me to return the items.

Ordered a bunch of supplies but didn't send any updates or cancellation, so had to directly contact a representative who then told me they were unable to fulfill my order. Not sure why they didn't cancel my order then if that was the case. Bad service, wouldn't order again.

Their free 2 day delivery is really 11 days. "We don't make any guarantees."

I always do my research and look for the best value when shopping anywhere, but my first purchase here left me amazed at their exceptionally low prices and promise to deliver quality products.
Not only that but the shipments arrived even earlier than I expected! (I ordered on a late Monday, eta was Thursday, but it came on Wednesday). I highly recommend this site for all your office supply needs and will definitely purchase again!

I have used OS for years and saved me quite a bit of $. Most essential items I order are cheapest here. Most orders are filled relatively fast. Just make sure to order something that you don't plan to return, period. Stuff I order cost lot more at Staples and ~20% more at Amazon. Don't expect same type of return policy as bigger stores after using a product because you are not satisfied unless item itself is defective from the beginning. OS don't sell returned item pallets like those big store to recoup the loss. If you think there is even a small chance you might have to return something, just order them through Amazon or other big stores.

I did my order on 23th and today is 25th and my order is not shipped yet.

Today I received an email from OfficeSupply.com stating my auto ship was being processed today, in which I didn't need at all. THE AUTOSHIP is FOR EVERY 3 MONTHS and I JUST RECEIVED ONE LAST MONTH! I called to cancel this or at least postpone it and everyone from Brittany in chat, Tasha in CS to her volatile ignorant supervisor Michelle whom gave me her manager's name and number, Heidi (whom didn't answer when I called) REFUSED TO STOP THIS SHIPMENT THAT DID NOT GO OUT OF THEIR WAREHOUSE! I have ALL screenshots detailing everything.

If I could give a zero I would. Poor customer service. I placed my order on May 10 and received a incomplete order on June 3. I didn't get notified by the company that my order was not complete until the day it was delivered. Poor poor poor.

I order most of my cardstock for my craft shop from officesupply.com. Their shipping is lightning fast! Sometimes I order and receive it the next day! Last week, an order was damaged and returned to them. They had my new order processed and shipped the next day. This company is faster than any other online cardstock supplier that I have used.

This company's return policy IS THE WORST IN THE INDUSTRY.
We can buy these items from anywhere, so I will never purchase from them at all.

You even have to call them once you have a tracking number for returns, & give it to them!

No room for companies like this any more.

I bought a box of 100 Tyvek envelopes for my tiny tax preparation business early in 2018. I am about half way through that box and find that the "self-sealing" mechanism is gone. No sticky and no strip to pull off to seal. I don't know when it happened but have been embarrassed by clients finding the "enclosed SAE envelopes" need to be taped closed. I called the company and because my order is more than a year old there is nothing they can (will?) do for me. So WATCH OUT when you shop here! Check your merchandise - straight through to the end or the bottom - they really do not care about the customer! Stick to brick and mortar stores where help is more apt to be available.

DO NOT ORDER FROM OFFICESUPPLY.COM! I ordered LOTS of scor tape on a Sunday, OfficeSupply.Com sent me an order number on Sunday, took the money on Monday, and never sent me a shipping tracking number. 2 day free shipping never happened! I emailed on Thursday asking where my stuff was and requested a tracking number. Friday they email saying we refunded your money we don't have what you ordered in stock! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY USE YOUR MONEY FOR A WEEK AND LEAVE UOU WITHOUT PRODUCT!. Very unreliable. They should have notified no product and never took the money before shipping the product! If I could mark them as NO STARS I would!!!

The Return Policy is TERRIBLE - go with Amazon or any other big-name office supply store. This company does business like a small Mom & Pop company. Buyers beware!

I have been a customer of OfficeSupply.com for years. The orders are always filled next day and very accurately. If I ever had a problem the customer service team has been very quick to resolve it to my satisfaction. I used to shop at the local office supply store but the prices and delivery are much better here. I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service, do NOT buy anything from officesupply.com. They would not exchange unused and unopened product that was incorrect. Terrible company!
