Avoid. They’re cheap for a reason. Received a defective batch of tiles that cracked in exactly the same spot on every single cut 15 tiles destroyed attempting just 4 stair pieces. Rather than investigating a clear batch defect, the company repeatedly blamed our equipment despite the same professional using the same brand new blades on all previous pallets. They also claimed cutting requirements appeared on “all product descriptions” completely false, as the product page contains no such guidance. Dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to accept any responsibility whatsoever.
