Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. The team were very responsive and helpful when preparing a custom label order for our product launch. The quality of the labels was fantastic - clear printing, strong opacity on the white ink, and the material feels very durable. Communication was quick and straightforward, and the turnaround time was excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Discount Sticker Printing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality labels.

After reviewing this, it looks like we were awaiting a response through our proofing system before the order could move forward. We understand that proof approval emails can sometimes be missed or filtered into junk folders, and we appreciate that this may have caused confusion if you were expecting the order to progress.
This has now been escalated to a manager so we can review what happened and make sure this is looked into properly.
Following feedback like this, we are reviewing how proof reminders are handled, including clearer follow-up communication where proof approval is still outstanding. We work extremely hard to give every customer a positive experience, and our customers really are the beating heart of our company, so we’re sorry that your experience did not reflect the standard we aim to provide.
