I placed the wrong order - DSC sorted is with ease.
I placed the wrong order. Emailed DSP and they sorted it quickly. Had to pay a bit extra as I'd under-ordered and this was done quickly and easily all with an email and link to pay remaining balance. Still received the stickers just as fast.
What could have turned into an unfavourable situation (due to my incompetence!) was totally avoided and tuned into a positive.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I had sent a RGB pdf instead of a CYMK pdf for printing which resulted in me being unhappy with the colors (not company’s fault). I reached out to customer service and Bethan was extremely helpful, including allowing me to send her a new pdf with the correct colors. She even called me to let me know that she had sent the new pdf to the printer and to make sure I was happy.
