Straightforward easy to use online system

No communication so far!!!

I ordered a splashback and paid for it online. So far the only evidence of this is the payment on my credit card account.
When I ordered it the online the confirmation message said delivery would be today (Wednesday 15th Apr 26). I (it turns out - was stupid) didn't take a screenshot, I expected an email confirmation. I was however expecting the splashback to arrive today, but I have still not received any message at all from them!

Stainless steel shelf was exactly what I was looking for. Well made and fairly priced. Prompt delivery.

I have been buying Perspex sheets from this company since 2018. The price is higher than the competition's, but the quality of the sheets is superior (I need to fine laser engrave them, and they must be the right material).
The last purchase saw the usual price increase, around 9£ for each A4 sheet, but I accepted it because for me, quality is paramount.
With great disappointment, I didn't receive the purchased Perspex, but a set of lower-quality generic acrylic.
After years of cutting and engraving Perspex, I can spot a generic acrylic sheet by how it is etched, and the smell when laser cut.
I won't use this company again.

Great display cabinet for our baked goods. Sturdy Perspex. We used it for the first time last weekend and it was perfect; easy to assemble and quick to disassemble too. Brilliant that it is flat packable for storage in between use. Would definitely recommend this cabinet.

So for a whole week commencing 5th to 9th of January I have been waiting for an order for a customer of mine. Each day that passed the tracking on DX recorded that the consignee was unavailable? Not true as my Ring doorbell will prove should anyone care to investigate. Today I tracked the driver on the DX App and watched him drive on the A roads around my address with no attempt to deliver my order. On top of all this charade my first order was lost by the Royal Mail. Having used Displaypro in the past I will now cease any trading with them considering that I placed my original order on the 19th December 2025.

Paid for express delivery which should of been shipped 1-2 working days and just been told it hasnt left the store yet

So avoid paying for express delivery ...its a bump

While my product arrived later than expected, the customer service was super and it exactly meets the needs within my small shop. Easy to keep clean and very easy to put together.
