This is a scam company set up to recover funds for all clients whose money was taken for orders never places - this along with their other company called Auraelis Couture are all pushing the same story. We placed an order in July for delivery August - we know for a fact that the order was never placed with the designer and when we requested an update on order they stated that they had gone into bankruptcy (which actually had been filed in June 2024) and they will update us in a months time. Since then no update and no refund. Now they are pushing dresses on great discounts and asking clients to pay by invoices. We will be notifying the FBI and request everyone scammed to join our cause so we can take this company to justice!

I paid for my dress months ago and told the company that I would need it in early October. I never heard any updates. On August 11, 2025, the company’s representative promised to give me a status report on my gown by the end of the day. It’s now mid-September and I’ve still heard nothing. Further, the website is down, phone number is not working, and no one is returning my emails. I’m out the money and have no dress and no time to order a replacement. I’m outraged.

Honestly, if I was able to rate less than one star, I would do that. We have ordered a dress before new year’s eve for a family my brother’s wedding and we were promised that the dress would arrive before the wedding and I costed us an arm and a leg. It didn’t get delivered at all and we weren’t refunded despite their promise to refund if not delivered in time. Until today, we have been sending consecutive emails for refund and they said that finance and management need to provide their approval which have now taken two months and there is not reply. Since then, multiple emails have been sent to request for updates, but all emails are ignored and no response is received from the support team or person who was reviewing my case since it started.

I ordered a dress in July. I was told it would take several weeks to arrive, and the team kept me updated along the way. I followed up a few times and they were always polite and responsive.

By August, they let me know the gown could not be ordered, but they immediately offered me options from their in store collection. I was able to look through their dresses and they had a beautiful selection to choose from. The staff was helpful throughout the process and made sure I had alternatives so I would still be ready for the big day.

Overall, I really appreciate the way they handled the situation and the effort they put into making sure I was taken care of.

Till now I have not heard back from anyone about my dress , my money , or my order ….all what on their site is order processing since early June .
if they are under bankruptcy and our money is gone ..we need to be at least notified by an email.!!
My son’s wedding is upcoming and till now I dont know what is my status .
I placed my order early June ..I requested to be refunded or swap the dress with something ready to ware …no response
I left my phone number multiple times for someone to call ..no response

I made an appointment to go into the store location. Paid for a plane ticket to Newark and a hotel room to meet the next day at the store location. I paid $300 to have the appointment at their location. The next morning I went to the location and the doors were locked and no one was there. After an hour of waiting I finally heard from Marga. She said they were not at that location that day. But that was the location she told me to go for my appointment. Again I paid $300 for the appointment. I’ve been dealing with trying to get a refund since June 15th. Every week Marga says she requested a refund and every week I have not gotten a refund. This site is a TOTAL SCAM!!!Do not buy anything from this site. Also everything comes from China and it is cheaply made! When we were waiting the post man brought a package from China. Cheap cheap clothes. Scam Scam! Do not buy!!!

I paid $1,500 for an evening dress from District 5 Boutique, and my experience has been a complete nightmare. Despite repeated calls, messages, and emails, they have ignored me and failed to resolve my issue.

A business that takes customers’ money and then disappears when there’s a problem should be held accountable. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I am sharing this publicly so others know the risk before buying from them. I will not stop until this matter is resolved, and I am prepared to escalate to the media, consumer protection, and legal action if necessary.

I ordered a very expensive couture Marches gown from District 5 because my size was in STOCK. After inquiring about a few things I was assured that it was in stock and I ordered and paid in full for my dress! Within two weeks I hadn’t heard anything and contacted them through What’s App where after a few days I was told it was sold before I paid for it, even though many days after I paid my order was confirmed. Dealing with Febe and Marga and they have strung me along for almost 4 months now because they put it into Pre order assured mei would have the own in 8-10 weeks. Every week I keep asking them since week 10 and they can never give a completion date. As of yesterday, they are ghosting me after I asked if they were in bankruptcy!!

THEY ARE HUGE SCAM ARTISTS and I will be reporting them to the authorities, Marchesa and my credit card company!!! So heartbreaking! This dress was for my daughters wedding😢
