Lack of communication.

Good experience. The provider did ask for additional information which I appreciate because it speaks to the legitimacy of the service. They explained why my initial documentation was insufficient and were very responsive.

They delivered what was promised. The fee stated $129 but when I checked out it was actually $159 plus tax. Otherwise happy.

I was initially nervous about using this company. However, after speaking to the representative my fear was put to rest. I signed up on a Thursday evening and was contacted by the physician. After sending the requested documents I was approved. The entire process including mailing time was 4-5 days.

I still do not have my approved application.

This process began 2/23. I had to call four times during the application process to get it moving along. Then, it was finally approved by a very pleasant doctor who was apologetic about the delay. However, your website clearly states that the “disabled parking application will be mailed… within 3-5 days after approval.” I was approved 3/9 per my phone conversation with the physician. My appointment with the DMV was made for 3/25, giving plenty of time. It is now 3/20, and still nothing. I’m asking that it be overnighted. I have reached out to Divan Medical AGAIN.

Dr. Nakamura gave a very complete interview and medical review. Was very prompt completing the required forms.

Fast and easy submission of documents and processing of the request

My experience was very good. I filled out the application, attached my documents, and submitted my packet online with ease. The doctor responded quickly and approved my request within 48 hours. I received my items for my placard by the end of the same week.

It is important that you are truly eligible and that you upload your medical documents. Once you do that, the program works smoothly and it is easy to get your parking placard.

This service is genuine. Don't listen to reviews that call this service a scam. People aren't perfect, and mistakes can happen. Communication was excellent. I had quick responses to my application and inquiries. After submitting my records and application, I received an email/chat message from a provider within an hour, received approval for a permanent handicap placard within 24 hours, and had my state application for handicap license plates/placards filled out by a doctor within four days. Each state may have its requirements, but the folks at Dr. Handicap have medical professionals licensed in every state. Many complaints I see on here are from people who don't know what they are doing, aren't paying attention, or are misunderstanding the process and requirements.
