NEVER AGAIN!!!
I ordered some dolls that were difficult to find in my country, and they were suppossed to be here in seven days. However, a month later I got nothing but an automatic response to my emails -the same for everybody, I guess- telling that my inquiry would be answered shortly. When I finally got my order, parcel was nothing but a rubbish bag with bubble, inside of which two of the five items were missing, and the other things were smashed. I had to wait TWO MONTHS to get my money back. Never again!!!

A Happy U.K. Customer, Would Use Again
I ordered a selection of Gonher cap guns, to be shipped to the UK, as they cannot be bought there (at least not the ones I wanted for my son's birthday).
The purchase was very straightforward, I used PayPal so that I had some additional protection, and the items arrived one week after the purchase (sent from Spain to the UK). It's highly likely that I'll use them again to purchase more caps guns for birthday gifts.
If I could make one recommendation it would be that the .co.uk site, like the Spanish one, has a means of tracking orders.
