I had a problem with ma diving computer Ratio. I contacted the assistance via mail and I had quick responses from the service staff. The problem was quickly addressed to a definitive solution All The staff is kind and ready to listen customer's request and indication. More I had the occasion to visit their store and it huge and impressive. Highly recommended.
In April I had an issue with my BCD from Dive System whilst on holiday. The quality and design of the unit meant that despite a leak from the bladder, I was able to continue to dive safely which is testament to their design and quality.
When I returned home I contacted them and explained the issue. Immediately I was asked what happened, I shared the story and a few photos and within a day or so I received a pick up service notice, the defect was then fixed and returned to me.
