People PLEASE DONT BUY. ITS A SCAM. ITS WATER ....COLOURED WATER IN A BOTTLE. I DONT KNOW WERE THEY GET THE PACKING FROM. THEY ARE A SCAM. I DEMAND A REFUND FROM THESE SCAMMERS

I've sent them photos of the perfume and the box where perfume must have leaked really badly.....box was tattered and wet awa perfume bottle only for company to ignore me after requesting a video!!!!!!! Ridiculous...unethical behavior...

product =Vovoza aka fake,never again.They dont last not even 15 minutes,absolutely disppointed more water than fragrance.

Delivery was good.
The perfume was in it's original packaging and bottle. Slight dent on the spraying nozzle, but worked.
In my opinion the perfume is watered down, no real smell of the original and doesn't last. I'll rather safe money and buy the real perfume and I won't buy from this company again.

DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP. Nothing "parralel import" about their products. It's cheap knockoff perfume. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I recently bought 2 perfumes ( Coco Chanel and Bloom ) from this company. I am utterly dissatisfied and disappointed. It arrived within the promised 5 days. The packaging is exactly like the original but the product can only be described as coloured water. There is a faint smell of the original product, which is gone within 5 minutes. I will never ever buy from this company again and I would advise anyone to stay away from them.

BAD service. Been waiting for my refund for over two weeks!!!!! They sell fake perfumes! it is water in a bottle. I demand my refund now!!!!! They have blocked me from Facebook and have not been responding to any of my messages after receiving the stock back!

I purchased 4 perfumes from DivineScent on 15 December 2021. The order was delivered on 17 December 2021 and on inspection I found that one of the perfume bottles was damaged and apppeared to have had some sort of leak.

I wrote an email to DivineScent and attached pictures of the bottle. On 20 December 2021, I received an email apology from DivineScent and they asked if they could provide me with a coupon for my next purchase. I accepted this offer. However, instead of a coupon I received another email requesting a video of the faulty item. I sent the video and have received no response from DivineScent since.

I have followed up several times and their contact number always goes to voicemail. Very disappointed, don't promise one thing and then not respond thereafter.

These guys are selling fake perfumes. I've bought quite a few unfortunately - The packaging is very cheap and a replica. The scents do not last, hence the cheap price. Please AVOID.
