Everything from the planning stage to eventually fitting the kitchen on site was excellent. Great communication and sorted any issues very quickly and efficiently; customer service is top notch. The quality of the kitchens compared to others is amazing and are easy to work with, adjust and make exactly how it was planned out if not better than planned. Even though the job was delayed so had the kitchen for much longer than expected, small issues were dealt with straight away. A lot of getting a kitchen looking great is how it is fitted but it starts with good quality and that is what you get with DIY kitchens. Will definitely be purchasing again for future projects.

Excellent quality units , great delivery, and after sales have been magnificent.

The whole process from browsing, to ordering, to delivery was easy and enjoyable. We were amazed by the huge selection of kitchens available, and when our order arrived we were so happy with the quality.
We installed it two years ago now and it looks as good as the day it was installed.

Problems from day 1.

Their after sales support is the equivalent of buying a watch off a LUCKY LUCKY man on holiday.

Actually No, at least the LUCKY LUCKY man would raise a smile before telling you to do one.

I have never left a review on anything before however this company have raised the bar with bad customer care.

The better companies put the customer first.

These however have total disregard for you once they take your money.

I advise anyone to be careful before parting with your cash.

What an absolute Shambles. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Paid 14k for a kitchen.
Delivery arrives and was informed that Mantel was to follow the next day due to it being to big to fit in wagon.

1 week later after numerous calls I was informed that Mantel was damaged in warehouse.

1 month later with no sink or appliances and through 2 heatwaves Mantel arrives.

No offer of compensation for for the stress and financial impact of paying for a fitter twice.

The communication in this company is shocking and once they take your money they do not care about customer service at all.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Loved the kitchen planner. I found all aspects of the process worked well. Received samples of door fronts to help me choose. After sales follow up also very efficient. Would use again.

After looking at several kitchen suppliers and receiving quotes we decided to give DIY a go. Well, we were not disappointed. We designed our kitchen with their on line program and once completed we had somebody check it to ensure we had not made any silly mistakes. We ordered the kitchen and it arrived ready made on the date which was arranged. The quality of these kitchens are fantastic. We had a couple of problems with a couple of units but the customer care was absolutely spot on and was resolved very quickly. We also had a problem with the AEG extractor but again this was resolved through DIY even though it was not there issue. the kitchen units, the appliances and the stone work tops are fantastic throughout. I would say in my opinion that DIY are probably one of the best kitchen companies around from the manufactoring perspective through to their customer care department. Our kitchen looks fantastic. Would i recommend them to a friend, absolutely, i would recommend to any body. Marks out of 10, 20. I would not hesitate to use them again. I would like to take this opportunity to thank DIY for all the help which they gave us throughout our installation.

I would fully recommend DIY Kitchens. Really helpful team at the showroom who gave us ideas for combinations that were not obvious online. Great online design service that was easy to use and pointed out potential point of conflict with draws etc. Arrived pre-assembled which made the assembly process really straightforward. Quality of the units are fantastic. Almost a year after installation and no complaints at all.

Overall, the choice, the service and the quality is really great. The price was the best bit! Got a gorgeous kitchen at bargain price. Only minor issues I had were with the design, some designers were less competent, but the 2nd one that assisted me was great. Delivery went smoothly and no items missing. My only negative feedback would be the handles - I love them, but the corners are sharp and on my corner cupboards, one handle has chipped the paint on the opposite door, so I’ve installed a hinge restricter to prevent future chips.

We were renovating a disused and derelict printing works and turning it into a habitable building. Our builders recommended DIY Kitchens to us, as some of their other customers had used you and been very happy with the results. The showroom at Witney was convenient to visit, and also very useful to see what the units and worktops actually looked like, check the appearance and quality, chat to assistants and see the available range of items and styles and decide which ones we would need. The building has been quite transformed and the kitchen area is a key feature in the main living area - it looks smart, stylish and more expensive than it actually was. Plenty of choice of items, deigns and surface finishes to fit the size and style of the kitchen and everything fitted together correctly and neatly. Subsequently easy to clean – also important! The self-planning tool was useful too.

We had a kitchen extension, our builder recommended DIY Kitchens since he had fitted them before.

You do your own design online, that was ok, a bit clunky, but usable.

The showroom at Pontefract is massive really impressive. Has nice coffee and staff on hand to talk through your Kitchen ideas, and check and fix your design.

Delivery was on time and complete. Was able to change a couple of items to overcome snags.

This was the the fourth kitchen we have purchased from this firm and would not hesitate to buy from them again. The cabinets look good and are all really solidly made with doors etc all assembled at a very reasonable price. Our earliest purchase is still looking smart 6 years later. It is important that you get the design absolutely right and check the order carefully as you can't just nip down the road and pick up another cabinet. Having said that I accidently missed a very small item and was able to get this delivered efficiently. The staff are very helpful on the telephone.

I couldn’t be happier with my kitchen from DIY Kitchens. A year on, it genuinely still looks like it was only fitted yesterday. The quality has really impressed me, and even the fitter commented on how well made the units were compared to many other kitchens they’ve installed.

The whole process was straightforward from start to finish. Delivery was smooth and well organised, and everything arrived as expected.

One of my favourite features was the free online planner. It was easy to use, gave me the confidence to design the layout myself, and helped me create exactly the kitchen I wanted without any pressure.

I bought my kitchen from DIY Kitchens a year ago and I couldn’t be happier with it. A full year on, it still looks brand new. There’s been no chipping of the wood whatsoever, and the quality has held up beautifully with daily use.

The ordering process was smooth too. I was fortunate to have very few items that needed replacing, these were replaced very quickly.

The show rooms are great. Lots on offer and the staff were really helpful. Although they do not provide design service they are more than happy to help you out in the showroom which was really useful to us.

Once we received our kitchen our fitter needed extra items to make some bespoke things work which we had to order separately. The team managed to get the items to us so fast so there was no delay with our fit.

A really great experience, customer service was excellent. Our touch up paint went dry and we were sent a replacement so quickly. Really happy with the service and also the kitchen itself.

I ordered our kitchen from DIY Kitchens around 11 months ago and so far I've been really pleased the quality of it. At the time it was considerably cheaper than comparable options elsewhere, but the quality has was much better than (solid wood vs veneer). Almost a year later, everything is still holding up really well.

The design feedback after placing the order was also really helpful and helped to spot a couple of potential issues I had missed. Overall, I'm very happy with the kitchen and would definitely recommend DIY Kitchens if you can afford the upfront cost.

The show room in Witney meant we were able to see all the options and quality of finish, which put our mind at ease before purchasing. They have a huge number of display kitchens. The competitive pricing meant we were able to go for a more premium look at still a huge chunk under the next competitor.

The kitchen was delivered around a year ago now, and I’m pleased to say it still looks excellent. The quality is very good—solid, well-finished units that have held up really well with daily use. Overall, it feels comparable (if not better) than much more expensive alternatives we considered.
Unfortunately, there was an issue at the time with a road accident affecting the delivery of our kitchen. While this was clearly outside of their control, the team handled it very professionally. They kept us informed at every stage and even rearranged production at the factory to prioritise our order and minimise the delay as much as possible. That level of communication and commitment really stood out.
In terms of value for money, DIY Kitchens are hard to beat. We achieved a high-quality finish at a significantly lower cost than other suppliers.
Overall, I would highly recommend them.
