Spacepro Wardrobes by B&Q Reviews 

Ordered 3 door shaker with middle door as mirror, sent grey glass mistake, called customer service to have it amended & was told it was my mistake ordering online asked for a call by a manager 3 days later still waiting.
Eventually received contact from a customer service manager after I had put a poor review on trustpilot I might add.however after reading Spacepro’s reply my issue wasn’t rectified and the partial refund was for a different issue damage to one of the doors.
So NO I won’t change my trustpilot review to a more favourable one as your service manager asked.
Now furious!!!!

I've never ordered or fitted these type of doors before and I found the descriptions and advice to be perfect.
There is a video to help, which proved extremely useful for me to design my wardrobe. The doors arrived slightly earlier than the 21 day delivery plan (my doors were made to measure), but there was an issue with the first planned delivery as the van had gearbox problems and we had to rearrange, all was ok after this though and I was kept informed all of the way.
The doors were very well wrapped to reduce the risk of damage and although you cannot see if they are damaged at that stage, you have a 72 hour window to report anything. I ordered 3 doors as 2 would have been difficult to take into the loft room to fit. The doors were well made and the runners good quality. The tracks were pre-cut to size and all worked out well with the fitting.
The only issue I had was with understanding how the soft closers worked, but once I had fitted one, it worked out fine.
I would certainly recommend and there is plenty of room for measuring error and a good range of adjustment.

The doors were delivered to specification.
They arrived in good time and the delivery company were very helpful. I would give the doors top rating as they are easy to install and look great. I think these are am underrated product from B&Q and deserve to be displayed in more stores. The on line ordering works well. Thank you B&Q

The items are relatively tricky to put together , there is much planning to do regarding marking out and specifically nothing to tell you that items can be cut to length.

The draws are not good quality , thin coating of plastic over thin chipboard which breaks when you tighten the locking screws when putting together , all in all very disappointed with the furniture

you haven't done anything yet. Ask me to rate you properly after I receive the goods. I had to take 1 star as you can't bypass choosing one.

Excellent quality, sliding doors look perfect.

Spacepro products are very good and easy to install, always had a good response from Spacepro direct, but trying to get thro to B&Q itself on the phone is near impossible, hence why I have had to go direct to Spacepro for updates on when a product would be delivered.

Very Poor quality doors. For the price we paid for 4no. Of the shaker doors the build of them is very disappointing.
They feel flimsy and like they could break every time you pick them up as you try and install them.
The ends are left with a raw edge. Considering the edges are made of some kind of really thin metal material the edges are like the edge of a razor. You would expect a plastic cap or something to make them a bit safer.
Those same metal edges are also very flimsy. You can squeeze the two pieces together with your fingers. Again given the cost they just aren't acceptable.
On the back side of the door (the internal side) there is a piece of mdf. Not painted. Not even the full width of the panel. Just a piece of mdf - I know you don't see it as its inside the wardrobe but it's just poor.
The floor track had to be screwed down. Given the the colour is stone grey and the screws are silver, they stick out like a sore thumb. We ordered some of the sliding doors from b&q 5 years ago and the floor track on them had an adhesive strip - no screws and much neater. Those doors were the minimalist style and were much much better than these shaker ones.
The shaker style has no handles or any kind of groove to get your fingers in. They are very difficult to open without sliding your hands across them (dirty finger prints)

The positives - the delivery was good. They were delivered within about 2 weeks and the delivery itself was done well. A text the night before confirming time and they were here the next day at the time they said.

Overall I think If I had paid anything near half the price I paid I'd be giving them 3 stars. They do look nice when they're in and the soft closes work well when you eventually get them right and also the delivery is quick and easy.

However at the price they were they are just no where near good enough quality. I would actually go as far as to say its shameful the amount they charge given the quality of them.

They are a long long way off being a 5 star product.

Ordered Custom size mirrored sliding doors. Well priced and fitted the space perfectly. Easy to assemble and fit - very pleased.

Products arrived as on day promised. One item missing from delivery. It took two phone calls to get the missing fixing piece delivered - thus 4 stars rather than 5.

The products themselves are good but some pieces (ie left hand or right hand) would be easier to identify if labels were attached.

Arrived on time and all ok fitted well . Did not like the soft closer but still very good value.

Very happy with doors look good only problem was instructions for putting slow closed mechanism parts on to the doors very confusing instructions so didn't bother putting them on

Delivery was prompt and on time the doors are excellent but made 20mm too short . I checked my measurements and they were right. I had to raise the bottom of the wardrobe to make them fit. Also the instructions were not clear, especially for adjusting the bottom rollers, the instructions were for a different type of roller. Even though I had a couple of problems I would shop there again as i was very pleased with the product.

Excellent product doors and track fit really well, and easy to install.
No prior information regarding delivery though. Call from carrier 3 hours before delivery, luckily we were in.

I ordered sliding wardrobe doors through Argos nearly two months ago. On date of ordering I was told I would receive them within 21 days. It’s now been nearly two months. I’ve had no contact and all Argos can tell me is spacepro will contact me. As you are the supplier. I’ve tried contacting you a couple times now and not heard anything from you.
I find this appalling, you haven’t even processed the order aswell. According to Argos. Luckily I have the option to cancel and will not be ordering spacepro items again. I’ll take my custom elsewhere.
You’d think during this pandemic you’d want to keep your customers.

Great product, great price and looks fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to put a wardrobe space together.
Measuring has to be pretty precise and takes a while to put together but it really is brilliant stuff.
