They have a lot of great games that you can’t find anywhere else! Quick shipping and product is always in top shape.

They have a great website, easy to navigate, and easy to sort based on your search. They often run sales and offer a great selection of retro games at reasonable prices.

What really sets them apart is the free shipping over quality of the items. Over the last couple of years I have bought several orders of games (cartridges and discs) as well as multiple game systems. Everything comes in perfect condition, and even the cosmetically flawed jtems work great.

In the rare instance I have had an issue, they are quick to respond and provide a resolution quickly and without push back.

I love this site and will keep coming back to them again and again.

DKoldies was very quick to respond to my email asking for support on my order! I found my old PS2 cables after placing an order for a PS2 Player Pak, I shot DKoldies an email asking if I could send back the cords for a refund from that portion of the order, but still keep the PS2 console and they were more than happy to! I also ordered two DS games and one Game Boy Advance game and both were clean, authentic and ran smoothly on my handheld consoles! I recommend shopping with them if you want clean authentic games and consoles, thanks DKoldies!

Slow communication, usually 2 days for a reply to an email. Sold an n64 with games and accessories. After I sent off items to them, emails I sent stopped being answered. Today was the 3rd day they've been in possession of my items, and have yet to get a reply of any kind. I was forced to call to find the status of my order. Upon talking with a guy, I learned that the payment to me was screwed up (I sent my PayPal info and they were going to send me a check instead). Maybe buying from the company is better, but I don't recommend selling to them. I did receive my money right away, but even telling the guy I was unhappy with the transaction fell on deaf ears.

This is agreat company to deal with. Their customer service and products are excellent.

This place is great! I typed in my address wrong on my initial order and when I asked to have it resent they were so helpful in fixing that for me at no extra cost! I also love their social media presence, really great store. Will definitely be ordering from DK Oldies more in the future!
